We arrived at 9:30 a.m. From a very exhausting overnight flight. They let us go right into our room and even checked on us later as we slept 5 hours. The view is incredible and the breakfast superb. The hotel itself was only outshone by the extraordinary service and kindness of the staff!

This is one of those places when you get to your room and sigh in pleasure. Everything was astonishing - the view of the harbour, the highest ceilings ever, the immaculate design. Service was impeccable, and the retreat of the terraces was an unexpected pleasure of the harbour. LOVED the city - think SF in the 50s - or the...

The hotel was lovely and such an oasis in a loud and smoggy town. The neighborhood is quiet and cleaner. The hotel's view of the port is good (although it is a port) and the room of good size and appointment. Definitely the most charming part of a forgettable city. Great breakfast and outdoor terraces. Nice restaurants only a couple...

Both charming and chic, this 'unique homescape' was the best part of our stay in Valpo. The service was great (above average for Chilean standards) and the house was just divine. Magnificent views from our room, fantastic breakfast and wonderful details when it came to room amenities - it was just a lovely experience. Only reason we would come back...

We stayed here for two nights during our time in Valpo, and we could not have been happier. The hotel has nine rooms and is a delightful blend of modern and classic. Barbara and Mary Carmen at the front desk were really lovely - both in advance and in person. Rigoberto was very nice, as well, as well as the...

This hotel reminded me of an oasis. After an action packed 2 week trip through Chile, we decided to add on a stay at this delightful hotel. The welcome we got was first class with 'Anna' giving us a tour and explaining everything with such pride. The room was perect with two large windows which gave us a marvellous view...

Stayed just one night on a lightning overnight trip to Valparaiso, with friends (they chose and we didn't pay, so I don't know the cost: if it's really £148 a night, as one bit of T.A. info. suggests, that's pretty steep, even by Chilean standards, which are on the high side. I would not pay over £100). That said, it's...

This is a great hotel. It was my first time to Valparaiso and the staff was incredibly accommodating. The house is over a hundred years old but the amenities are all new and first class. The bathrooms are amazing and huge. The floors do squeak occasionally when you walk but it doesn't ruin your experience. The location is on what...

While I only had time to spend 1 night in Valparaiso during a recent trip to Chile, Zero Hotel made this fantastic destination even more special! My room felt like a paradise away from home! A beautiful view, high ceilings, an extravagant bathroom, GREAT best-sleep-of-my-trip bed, and yes, I did take the option to eat breakfast in my super luxurious...

We had 3 great nights at the Zerohotel with four other friends in March 2012 and we all loved it! The rooms were so stylish and beautifully decorated, as was the bathroom. All the amenities were first class - big fluffy towels, comfy bed & pillows and great views. Terrific breakfast room, with a lovely view over theharbour. Staff were...
