This is a quaint hotel with great views over the coast. The evening dinner was so good and very enjoyable. The staff were very helpful and pleasent to deal with. The pool, though small looked very inviting. The spa pool bubbled away pleasently. One disadvantage to me was the steepness of the surrounding roads and all the steps. Not a...

Great city, very hilly but that is part of the charm. If coming off a cruise ship stay 3-4 days here and in this wonderful hotel. Staff are very helpful and location is great. They will recommend some super restaurants such as Fauna, Conceptcion and Apice.

This hotel was chosen by our travel agent and we really liked her choice. The location was excellent. The hotel is a renovated building and very well kept. The bed could have been better. The rooms were very nice. We enjoyed our visits through Valparaiso.

This hotel needs some fresh eyes to come in and make some changes. The breakfast was disappointing as was the area where the breakfast was served. They have a beautiful balcony overlooking the city and we enjoyed sitting out there but it was very difficult to find a server to get a drink. It would be nice to have a...

As it's such a hilly town, location is everthing. This hotel is in the perfect spot for meandering around in the day time and close to lots of restaurants and bars on an evening, all without too much of slope to tackle.

My first visit to Chile & what a relaxing way to start in Valparaiso in such a high quality boutique hotel.I would return & tell others to visit too. High quality finish, excellent location, fantastic breakfast especially on terrace looking out to the Bay.

Arrived from Peru for a one-night stay before embarking on a 2-week cruise to Buenos Aires. Beautiful, large old house converted to a lovely boutique hotel. Another reviewer said 23 rooms, I saw # 24, but I didn't run around actually counting. Ours was # 18, great views over the city. Spacious room, with modern fittings, but decor giving an...

The hotel is situated in the "Yugoslavo" area, walking distance to all popular bars and restaurant. The service is good and most of the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a rich history, very traditional, for that reason it missis some of the modern amenities. Especially the lack of air-condition could be an issue. Now with temperatures going...

I loved this hotel. We were in room 10 which was large with great views- even a claw footed bath at the end of the bed. Staff were really helpful. Small pool which was a bonus to dip into at the end of a hot day. Great location, centrally located for all the sights and a funicular just around the...

A small boutique hotel--23 rooms. Large clean with all the regular amenities.Situated above the port with accessibility by fanicular tram. Port area at night not to be recommended. Hotel restaurant was fine with limited menu and expensive. Plenty of good eateries nearby.
