The hostel was good, staff were friendly and knowledgable about things to do in the area. Basic enjoyable breakfast, eggs, smoothies, bread, butter, jam etc.. Nice hot showers but it was only one for all the guests to share. The whole place could do with a bit of a refurbishment.

The hostel was just great... The location couldn't be better, right in the center of Cerro Concepcion, close to restaurants, bars and incredible panoramic views of the city... The staff was extremely helpful... Rafael, Iera and Eneco are there for answer any kind of question you have about the city and offer some tips about great places that only locals... More

We stayed for 2 nights in an 8 bed mixed dorm. Very social hostel with good breakfast and on one night they offered a BBQ dinner. Negatives were that there are only 2 bathrooms and only one had hot water when we were there in mid-July. General cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms could also be improved. Great location though.

Very pretty hostel, in a central position, and in a very pictoresque barrio. There are two dorms, one is a bit cheaper at ground floor, the other one is at first floor, big and with a pretty view. Breakfast is very good, with eggs and fruit juice. Very nice atmosphere, with a big kitchen and a cozy living room. Staff... More

Hostel itself was decent. Great location. Staff was beyond helpful at checkin. However, the lack of bathrooms was a bummer, as there was always a line. People would set alarms for the middle of the night so they could poop in peace. One bathroom resembled a swamp in that it was smelly, steaming, and always moist. The plus about this... More

Comfortable hostel, good showers, really good wifi too. The breakfast was amazing (eggs and fresh juice) and was available until 12, which is great if you want to lie in. The ambience is nice, the communal area is combined with the kitchen so it's easy to meet people. The hostel staff were probably the highlight for me - up for... More

Very homely hostel with great staff who are very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Great location in cerro concepcion and it has great information about things to do in valparaiso. Would definitely recommend this place, one of the nicest hostels I've had in South America, Sam

We spent 4 nights here and loved it. The location is excellent (you even walk by in on the Wally walking tours) in Cerro Concepcion. We were able to walk to everything worth seeing in town (except we did bus to the art from 2012 on the other side of town). When we arrived, Rafael gave us the most excellent... More

Was blown away by the member of staff that checked us in (terribly I can't remember his name but he's the Italian guy). He was the most helpful guy in terms of giving info on the place I've came aceoss. My friend & I did so much in Valparaiso & that was mostly down to him for being so good... More
