If you are looking for friendly proprietors, who will help you with anything you need, this is the place! They couldn’t be more kind, thoughtful and helpful. The hotel is 2 min walk from the subway and in a neighborhood full of great restaurants. Meticulously clean. A/C.

CasaSur was the highlight of our time in Santiago. My husband and I are not big city people (we stayed in Santiago for 2 nights before heading South for some outdoor adventuring), but CasaSur made us want to stay! From the welcome to the goodbye this place went above and beyond.

The hotel is in a nice area and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. There are some small boutique shops. You can walk to the metro station to get anywhere in Santiago very easily.

There are only five room in total, I think and I'm not sure if any are on ground floor. You will need to check with the hotel. They are very helpful and will respond.

"Small hotel. My sense is that the rooms are similar."
"The room on the main floor is a little noisier as it is right next to the kitchen, but that would not dissuade me from staying there again."
"If you need total quiet, perhaps request a room away from the courtyard."
"I doubt that there is a bad room. The rooms are not large, but that certainly wasn't expected anyway."
"The "family room" (with additional bunk beds) does not and cannot have a TV. Not a big deal."
