We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. Our room had a gorgeous view of the Andes mountains. This location is extremely convenient to shopping and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again.
Upon arrival I was pleased to find out I received a Diamond suite upgrade. The room is nicely laid out, there is a small wall separating the bedroom from the living room with a rotating TV on that wall, making it possible to watch TV...More

We arrived after 16 hrs flight from Adelaide Australia and tried to check in at 1230 and response was no check in before 3 pm but if u want an early check in at 1 pm u need to pay 50% of room rate!!!!!
