We stayed there for 2 nights. The Hostel was nice and clean! We booked the barbecue dinner - the food was really good! Buuuuuut we didn't get a key for our room so the room/ and main entrance was the whole day open so we felt very unsafe.. And the biggest mistake was to reserve the airport transfer !!!!! We...

Hi Kerstin, how are you? Thank you for your comment. First because you can admit that the hotel has positive points though your you have had a bad experience with the transfer and second because you allow us of continuing working to be able to improve these human faults that we can have occasionally. We apologize for that fault and...

The Hostel itself is nice but they forgot our transfer to the airport. Do not book a taxi to the airport !!!!!!!!!!!! Rezeption was not very helpful. It is better to go there on your own. Or you calculate at least 4 hours spare time

Hi Carina, How are you? We apologize for that fault and we already talk with all the receptionists to ask them to be careful with the transfers. We hope that you will come back to see that it was a big mistake from one people of the staff and not from the hostel. Regards

I stayed in two hostels while in Santiago. I got kind of weird vibes from Aji, not for any specific reasons but it just didn't sit that well with me. I found my second hostel to be more sociable and easier for a solo traveler. The free breakfast and dinner is a great deal, although the tourism tax not being...

This hostel offers hot showers, beds that are changed daily, location next to metro station, computers, strong Wifi, free breakfast and dinner, a BBQ on Friday nights (pay extra for), a social area with t.v., a kitchen. I stayed for two weeks and settled in well, despite the high turnover due to Santiago being a place that people fly in...

First of all, I would like to mention that this hostal has a great atmosphere and I liked the personel. They are really helpful. I loved the fact it is cheap and therefore get a clean bed. Warm shower. You also get a very good breakfast and a dinner within the price! They have a lounge to meet people and...

I stayed at Aji Hostel for four nights while burning time before a flight from Santiago, and enjoyed my stay. The location is great; it is five minutes away from a metro stop, and within walking distance of a supermarket and attractions like Cerro San Cristobal and the Bellavista area. However, it is also set off on a little side...

Hi Ben, how are you? First, thank you for your comments. It is a pleasure to read that a client went away happy regardless. With the water cut in the city we try to react in a best possible way and that regardless the clients had always water in the baths. For Internet we know that it is very important...

Located in the quite area of Provencia in Santiago this hostel offered comfort and a comfortable base to begin exploring the metropolitan region of the city. Breaky included and the odd nights of a free/very affordable dinner made the stay more homely and provided a good forum for meeting other travelers. Almost luxury for those backpackers on a budget, clean...

We stayed here four nights and overall this hostel was really great. It's a four story house converted into a hostel, so the layout is a little weird but it works. I'd be there for a while and I think they're very good! All of the employees are very helpfull and both of meals that they offer (breakfast and dinner) are great.
