The tiniest room I've ever stayed in. And a miniature bathroom. Bend your arms at the elbow and your elbows might actually touch both walls of the bathroom. If you're at all tall, your knees will hit the wall when you're sitting on the toilet. And your head will hit the ceiling in the shower. I'm 1.74 meters tall and...

Hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. We are very grateful to Alex who helped us deal with the theft of a wallet during a walk. He ensured we cancelled our credit cards right away and offered his assistance when we went to the police even though he was just going off duty. His kindness was much appreciated....

This hotel is clean, and very handy to transport and some of the major attractions. It is not geared for those used to more luxury style. For example there are no fridges in the rooms. Street side rooms can be noisy due to the traffic. Whilst some other reviews say this is a safe area - it is not. However,...

This is an older style hotel with very friendly helpful staff, continental breakfast included. the rooms are clean and organised with everything you need, everything is comfortable rather than trendy, it is centrally located in the heart of santiago. would highly recommend it as value for money and one of the very few places that had single rooms and charged...

We wanted to live down town Santiago, and this hotel has a good location. The rooms are small, but not too small. Nice and clean rooms and baths. Some noise from the street outside, but that's how it is down town. Very close to the subway was also very nice. Good typical breakfast, with toast, jam, cheeze and ham. Very...

My husband and I were traveling with our 7 year old daughter so we wanted a room to sleep 3 people. They had the perfect room with a queen sized bed and a twin sized bed. The hotel was older but clean and a great value compared to other hotels near by. The location was great, we were able to...

Stayed here for 3 nights as part of a group tour. Our luggage was lost by the airline and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful (despite our terrible Spanish!) with providing support in this respect. Rooms are quite small, but have everything that you need. The area is central and we felt safe walking around during the night....

I stayed at this centrally located Santiago hotel on 2 occasions during my motorcyle trip to Patagonia. The hotel is situated beside Santa Lucia Hill, 1 block from Metro Subway. Close to the end of the Blue Line Bus (at a Metro Station) from the SCL Airport... Only 5,700 Peso's with Delphons Airport Shuttle from SCL directly to Hotel--though it...

“The best room is at another hotel.”

“If there during the Summer-- a room with an A/C is nice, though the street side faces East, only get some indirect morning light so afternoon heat isn't a serious issue as it was 38C while there the last time.. If noise seriously bothers you, bring earplugs!”

“Rooms facing the main road have balconies so if this isn't of interest request a room away from the street. Higher floors have a better view.”
