This hotel is in a good central location, but is quite dated. The room was very dark a bit filthy and the wifi didnt work. This hotel has definitely seen better days. If you are just looking for a central spot to stay for one night, it might be ok, but dont expect any modern facilities or a charming atmosphere.

We stayed 2 nights here after a cruise. The air conditioning did not work and the unit was filthy. The bathroom door would not shut as it was warped. The window was so dirty you could not see through it We were given a noisy fan. This hotel has seen better times but has kept still iits charm and good service !!! The location is exceptional right in the centre of Santiago de Chile within walk distance to many main atractions! They also offer a parking place in a garage one block away so that we could explore the very good access to all public transports....

Stayed here three nights. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and in a safe area. As other have stated the rooms don't have air conditioning and they get hot during the day but if you open the windows it cools of at night for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good with a nice variety but instant...

Stayed in this hotel as part of a tour so can't comment on its value for money. Small reception area was quite chaotic when we arrived due to arrival of a sporting team just before us. Lift was very peculiar - seemed to have a mind of its own - often taking you up and down without stopping on the...

Rooms Don't have air-conditioning or fridge. You can rent a fan from reception, but nobody tells you about it. You can rent a fridge if you buy the water. 600 pesos=12 aud. A day. You can get your laundry done. Front reception guy from 10 am is friendly, his English is 4 of 5. And tries to help. The night...

The best thing about this hotel is the great location. The rooms didn't have air con and had to leave the window open to keep the room cool (which opened onto the main road). For one of the nights we stayed our room was not cleaned and the 'do not make up our room' sign was put on our door...

The room was clean and breakfast was decent. We were on the 10th floor and got patchy wifi. Unfortunately the lifts broke on the last day which made getting our bags down fun. Location was good though.

We Stayed for two nights at the Hotel Libertador. On arrival check-in was appalling. The guy on reception was highly unorganised, very confused and agitated. He used multiple paper folders to find the booking. The whole process seemed a major inconvenience. The staff in general speak very little English and are unhelpful and rude. The room was basic with tired...

I visited this hotel on no less than three occasions between late August and late September. So I’m in a fairly good position to give you a report. I would rate this a 3.5 from 5 but TA has no half marks. So I’ve gone conservative. Here’s the for and against FOR: It’s in a great location. A 5 Star...
