I've stayed in many hotels, and this was among my favorites. The hotel staff is friendly and they upgraded us to a HUGE room, which was like a small apartment, which would be great for a family with kids. The decorations are simple and modern, and the room included a very nice terrace. The free breakfast is good, WiFi is...

Excellent business hotel in Santiago. Went for a week and it was a perfect stay. Breakfast and nice meals in terrace. Service and attendance at any time, wifi in rooms, pool at the roof top. Complete and located near Isidora Goyenechea, street with many restaurants including one with wine specialties.

We have just finished our fourth stay at this hotel which we use as a base for visiting our family who live in the city. The hotel had always been good but this time exceeded our expectation with a room available for occupation at 11am after arriving on the overnight flight from London and letting us check out free of...

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. It is in a very convenient location - just a few blocks from the central metro station Tobalaba, with lots of stores, restaurants, and the Costanera Center in walking distance. Though the address says the hotel is in Las Condes, it is at the very beginning of Providencia. The rooms were beautiful...

Stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks, when I was working abroad in Santiago. Good location in business area and very friendly staff. Laundry service on point and hotel was clean and rather new. We had a few earthquakes and I couldn't barely feel it in the hotel.

Hotel was nicely appointed, breakfast was delicious, the staff was extremely helpful. I had an issue with translation with an uber driver and the desk staff helped and then ensured I could get a taxi to the airport instead. I didn't find the location to be very convenient for a lot of the sights however relatively close to the subway.

I stayed here for a week with my husband whilst he worked abroad. Great hotel and in a great location. Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Kitchen small and a bit shabby but otherwise everything else was good.

The wife and I stayed here for 2 nights on our way home to Australia from Iguazu Falls in Argentina. The hotel is in an extremely nice area, and is close to everything, including the huge Costanera Centre. The hotel itself is well presented, and kept immaculately clean, both inside and out. All hotel staff that we had any dealings...

Although comfortable and roomy, the hotel could use a redo. The lobby and sitting room furnishings need fluffy cushions and new fabric. The cushions show flat impressions and used fabric. The bathroom in our room had a mildew smell which has been consistent in so many hotels we have stayed in. (It would be great to treat shower and sink...

The hotel is very confortable, but It has two big downsides to be highlighted: the Wi-Fi is terrible (only works in some rooms and with very low speed), and one of the bathrooms in the two bedroom apartment is very little.
