Good, convenient location, walking distance to Plaza de Armas, Cathedral and other historical locations. Near coffee shops, restaurants, stores, metro station and bus stops. Rooms/apartments are clean and comfortable. No air conditioner in room we stayed but fans are provided. Good drapes keep sun out and room on the cool side. Functional kitchen area very convenient. Secure building with monitored...

Really thank you very much for your very good recommendation about our apartments and services, the same with your recognise about our estrategical locations, the diary cleaning service, and the comfortable of the apartments. We have air conditioning in the 70% of our apartments, and we are continuing installing air conditioning equipment during february and the next month march, that...

We had booked this place twice on a recent trip to Chile. Well prior to arrival, I cancelled the first booking as per their guidelines. However, they never acknowledged it and in fact charged me a penalty. The room was poorly situated and there is an outstanding amount of street noise as well. We found other, far more amenable hostels,...

Ideal base for exploring the city. Apartment fine for a short stay (3 nts) - comfortably furnished, well maintained and secure. Could not fault for the price. Interesting sites within walking distance and very close to a metro station. Managed to fit in a day trip to Valparaiso on the bus which was very straightforward.

The apartment we were in was great fro 5 of us, it was self contained so we could do our own cooking, shops for breakfast etc were within walking distance(turn left then left or right) to go to old town or right and across to the main centre. We found a good chinese restaurant on san fransico st. Its close...

Well located, close to the pocket sized neighbourhood Paris Londres in the center of Santiago, only 60 metres away from Universidad de Chile Metro Station. It is not a hotel but flats in a building. According to some reviews on booking.com some people have had problems with the police because of this type of reservation (as apparently it is not...

I stayed in the hotel for 4 days. It's an apartment, so it does not have the services of a hotel like breakfast. In my opinion, it's fair considering the price and with a great location, near famous stuff and the metro.

We stayed in this location as a group of 4 friends traveling through Chile. The apartment was clean when we arrived and big enough, although not too excessive, for 4 people. It had a master bedroom, a room with bunk beds and a living room + kitchen (approx. 45m2). Bathroom is ok with a good shower. As in perhaps every...

I stayed here with a baby, and the apartment was clean and nice. The kitchen and apartment had everything I needed. It has two elevators with no steps, and a metro station with elevators is super close, i.e. very accessible. The Plaza de Armas and area are walking distance as well. The staff was helpful and the area felt safe....

We have stayed in this apartment for 3 nights and quite happy overall. The hotel was in very good condition when we checked in. However, there was some water flooding in the main bedroom first night. It was fixed the next day after notified this to reception. Apart from that, everything is in very good condition.

Hello Such a shame the hotel. Why? Nice location, very close the good stuff to do, 50 meters from subway station BUT. But. Cleaness of room was not good enough and to get worst they use a greese product on the floor that helps the dirt stick around. General maintenance could be improved, some parts missing on the floor and...
