Good location, near everything. WiFi is good and work well. Rooms and beds are confortable and clean. Breakfast normal for a hostel. The only thing that I dislike is that the shower place is very small. The staff is normal, helping when asked.

Our stay there was uneventful, however I had I better experiences in other hostels, Santiago included. The reception service took us too long and despite not accepting worn dollar bills, they gave us a torn dollar bill as change. Rooms were quite ok, bathroom was clean but with a lot of mold and space was an issue. Could barely fit... More

A great location near bellas Artes. The rooms comfortable and large. Staff are helpful, only one speaks English though but they very quickly sorted out a problem we had in our bathroom. It was very easy to extend our stay and we could pay by credit card. Breakfast was self service and reasonable.

This is where I started my South America trip. The front desk is manned 24 hours by friendly staff. The front door is locked and opened by the staff for your entrance and exit. This gives an element of safety in the hostel. The room was a very generous size, i booked a single room with private bathroom. The bed... More

This was my first time in a hostel, and a great one thanks to everyone in the hostel. Everyone is very helpfull, friendly and can indicate you some great places to see in the city. It's a great place, the only problem I see it's that some parts in the house are kinda loud because of old wood

I enjoyed staying in this hostel. I booked a private (2-person) room with a private bathroom - the bathroom was down the hall; I had a key for it. The hot water took a really long time to come on, and the bathroom door was kind of dirty. But otherwise the room and bathroom were pretty clean. My room faced... More

Had a really nice stay here, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good advice with anything around Santiago and Chille. Hostel was clean and relaxed. Wicked roof top, nice views and good for socializing.

We loved our days staying at Casa Mosaico. From the moment we entered the Hostel the attention was amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming, always trying to help with any enquiries. There's a nice and sunny terrace, the room was very confortable, although the floor was a bit noisy. The breakfast is ok for what you pay. We will... More
