My husband and I stayed for one night and were not disappointed. I agree with the other comments that the location is great, the staff friendly, convenient internet acess, very good breakfast, nice bright rooms and decor. The most common complaint I see is that the rooms are small. Well, we stayed in one of the suites for $140 a...

I spent years travelling the world on business and usually stayed in the chain hotels. Now when travelling, we try to choose the more intimate family run hotels and in choosing the Orly, we could not have made a better choice. It is a small, unique, architecturally interesting hotel in a great location in Providencia. Although the room was small,...

Well named, very Parisian looking small hotel on a tree lined street. 2PM check-in time makes it bad when you arrive in the morning and the hotel is rather small. They offer the buffet breakfast (0730-1030). Safe too small for a laptop, no washcloths, no coffee maker/microwave but everything else you would expect including free wi-fi in rooms. BBC World...

This is a charming, pleasant hotel with very helpful, great staff. As much as I enjoyed my stay, I'm a bit surprised at the rave reviews -- it's a good place, I don't think you can go wrong with it, but nothing in particular really stood out to me as raveworthy. The French decor is pleasant, but modest. The rooms...

We stayed at Hotel Orly three times, between September and late October. We had three different rooms and although the rooms are small, the wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows were most welcome, after weeks of budget accommodation. When the rooms were not ready for us, as we were early, we were given a free drink voucher for the cafe downstairs....

The Orly is a very comfortable small hotel in the newer Providencia part of the city . The rooms (at least the room sold as king size) was a little on the small side - I was glad that I wasn't sharing. The public rooms are very comfortable and relaxing, with tea and coffee available (complimentary) throughout the day. The...

We just returned two days ago from a week in Santiago. My husband attended a conference while I visited the city and shopped. The hotel staff is first-rate from the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the cleaning staff. Very friendly and warm personal service with happy accommodation for all requests. The first room shown to us was on...

This is a great place to stay, well located with very helpful staff and reasonable prices. There was nothing we would have changed other than some very noisy imbeciles in the corridor outside our room one night (but that can happen anywhere). We also stayed in VilaFranca which is close by and much cheaper but with fewer facilities. This is...

My partner and I stayed at the Hotel Orly after reading all of the other posts and on the personal recommendation of friends who stayed here several years ago. We are so glad we did! We very much enjoyed the location (near subway lines), but were especially pleased with the staff at the hotel. The breakast was nice with ample...

My husband and I traveled to Chile for 10 days. Our flight landed us in Santiago at 5:30am (UGH). We arrived at our first stop, The Hotel Orly. The hotel is located in a lovely neighborhood in Santiago, called Providencia. There are many lovely restaurants, bars, and boutiques nearby. What a surprisewe had when we arrived as we were warmly...
