We stayed 3 nights at the Hotel Orly before travelling to pick up a cruise boat. The location and service were excellent but the room we had was rather small. In particular we received a lot of help from both receptionists whose knowledge and advice was very impressive.

We had a seven night stay here. The room was quiet and cool enough on some hot days. The room was a little small, but we managed. Bathroom was sufficient, shower with a tiny 'tub.' A safe in the room. Very few channels in English (maybe just BBC which didn't come in very well). But the overall character of the...

We spent 5 nights here in 3 different rooms since we used it as our jumping off point to different parts of Chile. All the rooms were comfortable and well appointed. They had some water problems but corrected them quickly. Nice full breakfasts in a lovely suite of lounges. Great location for taking the Metro downtown. Great neighborhood with a...

Spent 4 days here in a superior room. It seems to have been an old town house and is furnished accordingly. We had a large comfortable room and although it overlooked the street noise was not a problem. Breakfast was taken in a delightful conservatory/ dining room and we appreciated the free afternoon coffee and cake. The hotel is situated...

Well positioned for exploring the city. Our room was small and the walls paper thin. They had the builders in next door knocking down a brick wall. I asked how long it would last and was assured it would finish at lunchtime. We went out for the day but the noise was still going on at 4.30 pm when we...

We spent 2 nights in Santiago to wind up a trip to southern Patagonia. It was our first trip to south america. Santiago is a huge bustling city with a youthful vibe. Orly Hotel is in a terrific location . It is a small boutique hotel, very quiet, run very well by smart and helpful staff who speak excellent English....

We were here a year ago and returned this year on our way to Patagonia and then the Atacama. The hotel remains charming and cozy. The staff remains diligent, helpful and extremely courteous. We had trouble with the room safe the first night and the problem was quickly resolved. We arrived mid-morning and as returning guests a room was waiting...

Hotel Orly has charm and great location, very near restaurants and shops. Regular rooms are small but comfortable and the staff is helpful, enthusiastic and go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. The Orly also has several apartments located at the other end of the same street, not as pretty as the main hotel,...

First stayed at this hotel 3years ago and was charmed by it then. A slightly older boutique style hotel with courteous staff who endeavour to make sure your staff is a pleasant one and nothing is too much trouble. The little touch of being able to have complimentary tea/coffee or soft drinks throughout the day is very much appreciated. There...

Hotel Orly was perfect for our first night in Chile. The Orly is an old hotel that has been renovated so it has such a great feel. The staff was so nice and helpful to us. The rooms are simple but provide just what you need. I love the tiny elevator. The breakfast was fabulous. There was so much to...
