We came for the Santiago marathon and decided to stay at this hotel. The AC isn't working and looks like the issue is in the whole hotel.
Not worth the stay...

The transfer to Santiago Centro will take around 1.5 hours along the scenic coast range and wine country valleys. If you book from home eg. scltransfer you will probably pay a little more than arranging it when you arrive at the cruise terminal in Valparaíso. In Santiago I used transvip to book my airport transfers from the city. They are very efficient and have good modern cars and you can prepay online. Enjoy your holiday.
