From the moment you walk in the door you feel at home in this lovely hotel. The staff is welcoming and accomodating. We stayed on the club level and the lounge there has everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. I decided I want to live there :)

You count on the Ritz for the most comfortable and quiet refuge anywhere you stay around the world. In Santiago my wife and I were a bit surprised by the sound of grinding above our room around noon and after a few minutes called guest services. We talked with Angie E. who apologized profusely and promised to pursue it. She...

We stayed in this hotel on our first trip to Chile. It is in a centrally located location where you can walk safely to dining and shopping. The breakfast buffet is quite good but if you are there for a few days, you'll realize there is no variation from day to day. But overall, service is good and the rooms...

First the good points: very good staff at the front desk and room attendants. The beds are great and extremely comfortable. Now the not so good parts: A/C: hit or miss on rooms with working A/C. I got a good room but my work associate did not. The maintenance team fed him a line that all the rooms were like...

Dear Mr. Christopher R., Thank you very much for your valuable feedback and kind words to our receptionists and room attendant. I am extremely sorry that you and your friend encountered so many shortfalls during your stay. Not receiving a proper and efficient resolution for a A/C problem is unacceptable and I apologize for that. We are known for our...

Just spent 6 days here & I cannot praise the staff highly enough. Everyone addressed me by name & made me feel so welcome. Room, food also good. Positioned next to a Subway station , exploring Santiago was easy.

I stayed at the Ritz Santiago for the 2nd time after talking to the Ritz management about my previous stay. I travelled again with my family, including my son at 9mo, for vacations again. This time it was much better than my first time, I was provided with an upgrade to our room and a gift wine upon arrival. The...

I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times and can only say good things about it. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are large and clean and generally the hotel is very comfortable. There is a great choice at breakfast and whilst the choice of meals in the evening seems limited, it doesn't matter as there are some...

As others said, the staff here is great. Also the bed is very comfortable. Unfortunately, those are the only positive points and we were left a bit dissappointed.... The carpet was ripped and stained. Wifi is charged at usd24 a day (every single other hotel on our 3 week trip has free wifi, you would expect a top hotel like...

Please be sure that I will work closely with my engineering team to avoid this kind of situation in the future. I hope we have the pleasure to welcome...

This hotel is ideally located in the El Golf neighborhood. This was my first visit to Santiago and we traveled with a large group. Our room was a classic Ritz Carlton property. A bit more modern than most other RCs I've visited and we were very pleased. The amenities were what you would expect although I was surprised there was...

On a Tauck tour which originates here in Santiago. Hotel is good with decent restaurants close by, but to me, this is not a vacation destination. God bless the chileans, and I wish the country continued prosperity, but there is nothing to see of interest here in this city. Many of my fellow travelers on this tour, share my sentiments.

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing us during your Tauck tour. I am glad you appreciate our exclusive location in El Golf and it's marvelous restaurants. I am sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy that much Santiago, I hope you have liked the further destinations in your tour and that you had a wonderful experience in South America. Kind...
