Good value, friendly staff. Cute, artsy decor. A bit noisy neighborhood and sound travels through the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in but the breakfast is good. They kept our bags for the day since we had an evening flight. 3-1/2 stars :) Cheers!

A small European hotel in a convenient location of Bellavista. The staff are incredibly helpful and their restaurant is wonderful. If you consider the attention, cleanliness and cost, it's one of Santiago's best values.

Lovely Soleda is the main reason for the 4 stars. She welcomes everyone and helps with directions, answers questions (in English), and basically mothers everyone. She is wonderful as is the rest of the friendly staff. The breakfast is another big point in their favor. It comes with juice, coffee, cereal, bread, cheese, an egg cooked any way you want...

We truly enjoyed our great stay at Hotel Don Santiago. Thanks to all he staff for making our stay so memorable including Soledad, Christina, Carlos and Natalia. They were all very friendly and helpful with providing us information about their city, directions, and sometimes a brief Spanish lesson!! The hotel is very comfortable and convenient to the Salvadore Metro station....

The four of us staid in the hotel for 1 up to 3 days in two twin rooms. It is a quiet place in a nice area, clean and hospitable. Showers, toilets and wifi work, sheets are clean and beds are good. Breakfast is nice. Locker in the room. Christina is a very kind hostess who interpreted for us between...

The staff here were lovely and the location was good. It was a small family-run hotel. At breakfast, the staff knew me by name on the first day, and served me breakfast exactly as I wanted it after that, which was nice. But if you're looking for anonymity, this isn't the place. My room was tiny (a bed, a small...

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. It is not far away from the metro station Salvador and you can walk to the restaurants in e.g. Calle Constitucion. Nearby is a good and inexspensive Peruvian Restaurant. Hotel Don Santiago offers clean rooms with bathroom, TV, Telephone and WiFi. There is a good breakfast in the morning and if you need...

I choose this place because of the proximity to the Bellavista restaurants and the Metro line. Despite being close to the nightlife, the quiet hotel is in a secluded side-street. Service is friendly and professional. I skipped breakfast due to early starts to day-trips, but I'm sure it would have been good. The room (208) was small, with a double...

This was a perfect spot for us. A beautiful neighborhood and well located. The staff, included Hector, Constanza and Soledad, were very welcoming, friendly and helpful for our first trip to Chile. The neighborhood was very nice, we felt very safe and it is close to everything we wanted to see. The metro was a very short walk and very...
