Having flown through the night from LA and arriving early in the morning the staff welcomed us right in to the breakfast room so we could get something to eat. The rooms are small but well tended. The staff is helpful. The breakfast was tasty. The metro is not far but to get to the area that has restaurants on...

Nothing spectacular, but this is a good, functional choice in a great location. My dingle room was as tiny as they get, but it was OK. Breakfast was good, though not as substantial as some. The staff was very helpful. Just a few blocks from dozens of stores and restaurants.

Unusual trusthness in the client I did not ask anything, but not having the local money and willing to exchange dollars, the receptionist offered to give me pesos in such a way that I would pay back later that day! Moreover, I was fully oriented about Santiago´s highlights and the staff scheduled everything I needed!

Hotel Don Santiago Bellavista is wonderful! The staff is bilingual and extremely friendly. I would stay at the hotel again just to see the staff again. :) The property is clean and has a nice patio area and dining area. The rooms are small, but have everything you need including a TV, bath products and complimentary wifi. Breakfast is complimentary...

Good value, friendly staff. Cute, artsy decor. A bit noisy neighborhood and sound travels through the hotel so don't plan on sleeping in but the breakfast is good. They kept our bags for the day since we had an evening flight. 3-1/2 stars :) Cheers!

A small European hotel in a convenient location of Bellavista. The staff are incredibly helpful and their restaurant is wonderful. If you consider the attention, cleanliness and cost, it's one of Santiago's best values.

Lovely Soleda is the main reason for the 4 stars. She welcomes everyone and helps with directions, answers questions (in English), and basically mothers everyone. She is wonderful as is the rest of the friendly staff. The breakfast is another big point in their favor. It comes with juice, coffee, cereal, bread, cheese, an egg cooked any way you want...

We truly enjoyed our great stay at Hotel Don Santiago. Thanks to all he staff for making our stay so memorable including Soledad, Christina, Carlos and Natalia. They were all very friendly and helpful with providing us information about their city, directions, and sometimes a brief Spanish lesson!! The hotel is very comfortable and convenient to the Salvadore Metro station....

The four of us staid in the hotel for 1 up to 3 days in two twin rooms. It is a quiet place in a nice area, clean and hospitable. Showers, toilets and wifi work, sheets are clean and beds are good. Breakfast is nice. Locker in the room. Christina is a very kind hostess who interpreted for us between...

The staff here were lovely and the location was good. It was a small family-run hotel. At breakfast, the staff knew me by name on the first day, and served me breakfast exactly as I wanted it after that, which was nice. But if you're looking for anonymity, this isn't the place. My room was tiny (a bed, a small...
