The two guys on the night shift were fantastic and made my return to the airport so easy at 3am! The breakfast was basic but enjoyable. The single room was small but clean and had everything I needed. Close to great restaurants and bars and a short walk into the city centre (2km). Would recommend to anyone looking to be...

Yes, small room. No bells or whistles, but clean with a sweet location for a first timer in town. Lunch was surprisingly delicious. Verging on charming. AOK for single woman. TV didn't work, but didn't care.

The Don Santiago was pretty much what I expected. The room was small but clean and the bath was nice. The staff were very accommodating, they booked a wine tour for me, breakfast was great. The best feature was the location close to Patio Bellavista, a short ten minute walk away. Also, the Metro is less than ten minutes walk...

Upon my arrival, they immediately checked me into my room as the 10-hour flight had taken its toll. The room is basic, but space is well utilized. There is a very comfortable bed with ample blankets. A reading lamp is above the bed board so you can review your itineraries. A desk has a reading lamp and phone. There is...

It was easy to find, I took a cab from the airport. It is located in Bellavista, in the calm part of that ”barrio”. Bellavista is full of bars, clubs and restaurants and near to many tourist attractions. The hotels is just five minutes walk away from the Salvador metro station and from that station you can get to all...

Great location! The people who run the hotel are very helpful, friendly and do speak English. They genuinely want you to enjoy Santiago and experience local life. I asked for help calling a taxi and the woman directed me where & how to use the subway system instead, which is about 2 blocks away and saved me a LOT of...

My room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is well appointed but there are definitely a few things holding it back. The breakfasts are very basic and as far as I could see none of the staff spoke any English at all (helpful if you need to practice Spanish but not for everyone). That said the staff were helpful...

This is like a small family run hotel in the best part of town for travelers. Lots of attractions nearby along with restaurant and bars. Fifteen minute stroll to the main town square. It is an quaint older building with wooden floors. Christina was managing the place when I visited and she was very helpful. Breakfast is good and the...

The location is the strongest point of this hotel. Wouldn't stay in another neighborhood. Safe and quite, walking distance to Bela Vista - where great restaurants are and a very nice mall. And very close to a subway. The rooms are small and service is ok. But remember. This is a 2-3 stars hotel so you can't expect much. Would...

This is a simple hotel in a great area for walking and eating. The staff were quiet and friendly. The room was clean, functional and freshly painted with aircon and TV. The bathroom well fitted and easy to use. The included breakfast was simple but adequate. This is a good choice for most travellers.
