The Hostel is located in a pretty strange area. There are no people outside, not even cars are driving or parking. The people are not very social, everyone is doing his own thing. Even the stuff is very unfriendly. My Roommate got robbed and called the police. He asked the stuff to translate for him but they did not help....

The hostel has breakfast and good location, great price. But the bathroom had some problem...Drain plug and very smelly. We made breakfast by ourselves, but the pot is too old to fry egg. The room is not very clean. BTW it still good, stuff is very friendly and helpful.

I stayed seven nights and it was a very good experience! The location is awesome, very close to the subway station and you can go walking very safely. By the fact the I stayed I got their national holidays (Fiestas Patrias), the owner of the hostel offered a barbecue what is part of their celebration (they join their families and...

Good choice for budget travelers. The staff is well informed and the german girl Linda is really attentive and kind. Breakfast is way better than average and location is fantastic: you can easily get there by subway. Clean bathrooms, hot water, an acoustic guitar and a heater in the reception. There are lockers in the rooms. There's also a cafeteria...

The one thing I needed was a washing machine, so before I booked I made sure to double check on their website, where it said there was one. When I asked about it at reception they had no idea what i was talking about. They even made me show them their own website, implying that I was lying. The manager...

I spent there 1 night after arriving to Santiago. It is a good budget option. Another advantage is its location. Close to the center and near Los Heroes bus station where buses from Airport have their last bus stop. Due to that it is also a good choice for those who come late to Santiago and do not want to...

Hello Lukasz, we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay in our Hostel. To foreign guests, the chilenian breakfast usually seems very basic. I'm afraid thats more of a cultural problem. Thanks for your opinion. Greetings

This is a great choice for budget travelers or those who don't speak a lot of Spanish. You can take the centropuerto bus to Los Heroes. Then from there it's only a 7min walk to the hostel. The hostel offers various tour options and they will you organise it. The hostel also has a cafe/bar where you can order dood...

I liked very much this hostel. The hostel is very clean. There are many large bathrooms with hot water. The beds are of good quality. The breakfast is good (bread, dulce de leche, jam, milk, coffee, tea, yogurt and cereals). A negative point is that you can't use the kitchen between 12AM and 3PM.
