Le Reve is a perfect boutique hotel in the heart of Santiago. The property is beautiful and the guest rooms match the overall French aesthetic - no bait and switch. As others have noted, the rooms are on the smaller side, but not as small as rooms typical for Paris or New York. The included breakfast was very good and...

Very nice boutique hotel with very nice staff and management. Good location and decent rooms albeit a little small. Great garden and lounge - would recommend as very good value. Breakfast is included and they have an honor bar. Close to some good restaurants

Used as a 2 day stopover and wanted to avoid the big multi nationals as well as being close to downtown. The hotel is in a side street just off a main thoroughfare and very close to the simple easy to use Metro which gives direct access to the sites and museums. Rooms are not big but well appointed with...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. Check in was prompt & courteous. The staff here are warm & helpful and we got the impression this is a very well managed hotel. We enjoyed the loyalty bar in the evening as it was nice to sit in the comfort of the lounge and just walk upstairs to bed. We...

Really liked this boutique hotel. Our flight arrived from the US at 1230AM so we didn't get to the hotel until almost 2AM but check-in was a breeze. As it was so late the area around the hotel was quite quiet so not knowing Santiago I at first thought we had made a mistake and had booked a hotel in...

Good location with a several-stop trip to the historic center on the excellent Metro (subway). Cheap and rapid Metro service. The staff couldn't be more willing to help in whatever your needs may be. Lovely public rooms and outdoor courtyard.

We stayed here for one night before going to stay at a winery. It is a lovely little hotel in a nice part of town and very close to good restaurants and shops. The staff were lovely and kindly let us check into our room early as we'd been on a long flight from NZ. There is no restaurant at the...

We arrived just before New Year's Eve. Service was friendly, professional, and even somewhat protective. Receptionist always spoke English and arranged pick up from airport, wine tour, and travel to Vina del Mar. Pablo, their driver was extremely helpful and professional. The hotel's recommendation for New Year's Eve dinner which was right across the street was fair for the price....

We used Le Reve as our stopover hotel between other legs of our trip around Chile. It is located on a nice street with a number of restaurants and bars, which is very helpful as you get yourself settled in. Providencia is a little out of the way for central Santiago. It is close to the river, but not the...

A wonderful, charming hotel with a great staff. Returning every evening felt like we were returning to a beautiful home with a charming garden where we could have a glass of wine or a cup of tea. I would return there tomorrow and wish I could find more hotels of this value and quality in other cities.
