The hotel is well located just opposite a mall, there are plenty of places to eat in either direction. Nice pizza place just along the road. The staff are friendly and very helpful with the hotel clean and a great atmosphere

Fantastic hotel. Beautiful decoration, good food, nice ambient music. Only bad point: slow internet. The area was great, as it was close to our local offices. In a very safe neighbourhood. Would definitely stay again. Try the nearby "Do" restaurant for modern Chilean cuisine.

Very Nice place to stay when you want away from the hustle and bustle; but, close enough to get into the main sections of Santiago easily. I was most impressed with the staff and their desire to help us in any way we could think of. I brought my 87 year old dad along on a business trip and we...

I spend 2 night in this hotel for a week end in the Valle Nevado Ski Station. The Hotel is 15 min from the ski rental shop we used (SkiTotal) and is the first hotel on the way back, so we did not had to go back to the shop after a day of ski. The hotel itself is very...

Nice staff, very helpful, fantastic bedroom with a good bed and a nice view from the mountains. Concierge helped me a lot on my activities, skiing, visiting the city and touristic places. The food from the restaurant is probably one of the best of Santiago. I recommend. A negative point is its far from the main activities.

Nice clean hotel. Fairly friendly staff. The facility is very nice. The food at the restaurant (and room service is pretty good). The rooms are decorated in a dark manner and there just is never enough light in the room, but that is part of the design concept. The neighborhood la Dehesa is where all the expats live, so it...

Santiago is a wonderful city to visit. Great people, food (seafood a must) and very safe. You are very close to the mountains for skiing and also to the beach. The Hotel experience was very good with great service, care for details, very good location, rooms and food. I recommend this Hotel. It's a pretty new building with great quality...

Everyone at this hotel made my stay a pleasant one (5 nights) from the staff at check-in to the hotel taxi drivers. The hotel was 5 minutes from where I had to work that week so for me it was convenient. On the other hand I would not recommend it for people who want to be in the downtown Santiago...

We stayed here for work for two weeks and I almost get crazy from being bored. This hotel is not close to any public transportation but taxis which to go downtown will cost you a lot. The good thing is that it has a mall across the street full of places to wonder around and even a supermarket inside. The...

“If you buy your room from a website make sure you have a view, as by the time we were there's construction site was getting built, no view at all. The room is modern so the toilet has a glass see througt door. The neigbourhood is quite safe and shopping center rigth a cross but far away from the center of Santiago if you want to go for adventure. The hotel hasn't go any free bus to take close the nearest subway. Taxi or Hotel taxis are available not cheap. ”
