Great hotel after a long flight! Perfect for our family of 4. Clean and bright. Off the beaten path so nice & quiet! Very comfy beds! Yummy breakfast. Cool decor! Warm hotel with it being winter! Helpful staff. Need to use metro or taxi as not much is walkable for tourist stops. Nice seafood restaurant across the street! Worth the... More

The staff is very kind. Good breakfast and good location. I had a pleasant time there. The room is small, but perfect for a couple with two lugages. The location is very good, near from good restaurants. There is no elevator, just stairs.

Lovely area, convenient for nice restaurants and the metro to city centre. Staff very helpful and good English (helps when you have very very limited Spanish!). Hotel was clean, fresh and buffet breakfast available. I would return here is if I was back in Santiago

We stayed at this hotel on March 2016. Cleanliness is not a priority. Although the bed was properly made the sheets had certainly not been changed after the previous guests left. They were full of hairs and dust particles. There was a lot of dirt under the bed as well as a shoe left from a previous guest. The walls... More

This is a comfortable small hotel at a modest price. The staff was helpful and friendly to a remarkable degree. The place was spotless and the breakfast was very good. It is in a pleasant and safe neighborhood with good public transportation easily available. I recommend it highly.

Landed here after a Princess cruise around bottom 1/3 of South America. Had gotten up at 5:30 am and off ship at about 7 am, gathered bags and had all day tour of vineyards, ranchero, and around the sights of Santiago. Arrived tired and simply glad to be someplace. This hotel was wonderful and cute and welcoming. Lo and behold,... More
