I absolutely enjoyed my short stay at The Aubrey, as I never felt as though I was in a hotel. I honestly felt at home in every part of the unique property. I attribute this to the warm and welcoming staff, who catered to my every need and desire. It was a special joy to have chatted with Mrs. Martin,...

We were at the Aubry a few years ago and had an amazing few nights. We had been skiing in the Andes and spent a few days in the city since we had come so far. Hotel was beautiful and hidden in a great neighborhood. Met the owners during our stay and received a lot of great hints from them...

We returned to Santiago and the Aubrey in February 2015 for a 3 night stay, following our previous stay, in respect of which we also submitted a review ("A Little Oasis"). Nothing much had changed regarding the hotel and we stayed in the same room that we had first stayed in with a terrace overlooking the stalls (and public toilets) in...

Quaint but rooms not too clean unfortunately and they seem to have a water drainage problem but then the building is very old . The rooms satisfactory and comfortable. Gorgeous old building and the staff are amazing! They make this hotel worth the stay! Breakfast is wonderful and again the staff terrific. Close to the Red Bus pickup which is...

Our family (myself and my husband plus 3 adult children in their 20s) stayed at the Aubrey Hotel for 3 nights in December upon our arrival from Miami. From the moment of our arrival till way after our departure the wonderfully friendly staff took the best of care of us. Our Pavillion rooms in the new part of the hotel...

Although it is a challenge to find something to add to the reviews here, let me start by saying The Aubrey is simply a delight. Charming is adapt but feels like an understatement. The property is beautiful; an oasis in the city. The staff are efficient, friendly and ensure that as a guest you want for nothing. The beds are...

Spent three nights at the Aubrey and all of the feedback is right on. From the moment we arrived, Layla and the rest of the staff were wonderful. The hotel and grounds are lovely. Our Mannarelli Room was beautifully decorated and appointed - though I had hoped for a larger room with a sitting area my top choices were booked...

I can't recommend The Aubrey enough. Beautiful, well-located, clean, and luxurious. The staff was professional, courteous, extremely helpful, and kind. Additionally, everyone was a proficient English speaker for those who require it. Thanks to everyone for a highly memorable stay!

Don't walk, RUN to The Aubrey Hotel, in Santiago!! We've stayed there a total of 8 times when we've visited Chile to explore Santiago, and to rest up before heading to Patagonia for our annual fly fishing adventure in the Andes. It is the loveliest, most well appointed, and, convenient place imaginable. A simply beautiful, comfortable home away from home...

Spent several nights here during our first holiday to Chile. The Aubrey is exactly, to my mind, what every other hotel should aspire to. A stunning renovation of two old buildings with no expense spared, to create one of the most beautiful, unique & stylish hotels we have stayed in. The owners very kindly showed us some of the other...
