Unfortunately due to a hiccup in our travel plans we arrived a lot later than we were meant to. This meant we had no option but to eat in the hotel restaurant. Luckily this was a pleasant experience. The staff both at reception and at the restaurant were very pleasant and efficient. The food was lovely as was the wine....

We spent one night here before catching up with our cruise the next day. Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in Puerto Montt again.

The employees are very nice and we got to try sushi night which was fairly good. The breakfast was quite generous. Room very clean and spacious, only drag was the light of the wine cooler fridge that stayed on all night. Overall good experience and good location.

This hotel epitomizes attention to detail. A real luxury experience from the elegant and large bathroom with massive walkin shower, to the surprise of opening the shades to vistas of the Pacific Ocean at sunset. The breakfast was luxurious and included in the price. The location in perfect. We stayed here twice in our two week trip, coming and going....

Nice hotel if you find a good deal, the rates on the hotel page are exagerated. The indoor pool is a good option on rainy days and to relax after a day full of travelling. The beds are an in-between twin and queen, triple bedrooms can not be bought on bargain websites because they only have three for the whole...

The hotel is clean and has some interesting decor, but our room wasn't anything special. We were not given the wifi password upon check in and I had to go back downstairs to get it because when I called reception from the room no one answered. We were under the impression that this was a business hotel, however there were...

We had a king room. The room itself was clean and modern and we were able to get BBC...yay, English channel! Unfortunately, every time we used the shower water would mysteriously saturate into the carpet outside of the bathroom. We tried explaining the problem but there was a language barrier problem (we were not spilling water out of the shower,...

I will astonished by how badly myself and our esteemed delegation were treated. For instance, there is not a single drop of water to drink in the hotel when the restaurant is closed. The underaged night-shift staff will only tell you to stay thirsty and it takes them forever to get anything, like checking in and out, done. DO NOT...

You will need to climb up a little hill to get to the hotel, but it's relatively close to the city centre and about 20mins walk from the bus station. It's a relatively big hotel with multiple floors. Make sure your Spanish is up-to-date as you will struggle otherwise. The rooms were clean and we had a great view on...
