The service was very good and friendly, the rooms spacious with good views of the city, the breakfast was excellent, it had a decent bar and restaurant, a large parking area, heated pool and all in a quiet location. It cost half what I would have expected to pay. It was a pity we only stayed the one night! I...

First of all, the place looks great...then you experience the service, then you try the amenities. This hotel is placed in the middle of a pretty run down area with nothing in the way of night life, shops or anything for that matter. The pool was filthy and had dirt and grime running down the sides of the walls as...

What to say about this hotel, what is good? The matrasses, yes these are good. Otherwise carpets , painting , interior are outdated, good for the eighties. The parking is too small , but that's an inborn error and they can't change that anymore, parking across the street is a reasonable alternative. The carpets in the corridors too dark and...

Stay there for a night before boarding on the ferry to Puerto Natales. Room is ok, comfortable bed, good shower. Buffet breakfast is average, over-crowded in the restaurant. Overall, I think it's slightly over-priced.

My husband and I decided to walk to the Scenic viewpoint (1 Manuel montt). Definitely not worth it because the view is blocked by tall hotels. However we walked further along Bernardo O'Higgins (yes, that's the actual name) and happened upon this hotel. The receptionist staff were friendly and spoke English even though I was trying to practice my basic...

Unfortunately we arrived pretty late to the hotel. The receptionist was rather challenged by his computer system and couldn't find our reservation. To our suggestion that perhaps we could just assign us any other free room (it was 2am after all and we just wanted a bed), he insisted in finding our reservation. After several attempts with one computer he...

Just up the hill from the hustle of downtown is this gem of a hotel. Very clean rooms, great view of harbor, comfy beds, busy restaurant that seems to be popular with the locals. Only gripe is the breakfast was sub par, but for the price and location a great stay.

This is a modern hotel, rooms are large and comfortable. Food was fine, but we were there in winter and the public areas are cold. They have fires and heaters but the whole area is open with the front door at one end, so heating has no effect. I think its probably the best place to stay in Puerto Montt.

If you need to sleepover at Purto Montt note there is not a hotel close to the airport. All of them are close to the port area. This hotel is not different and offers a fair place to stay in the city.
