A fantastic experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. This is by far the best value for money in the south of Chile. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are comfortable, clean and warm and the breakfast was delicious. What I liked most about the hotel was the customer service. The staff here go well beyond...

We had an outstanding stay at Hotel Geronimo in January this year. The staff is simply amazing!! So helpful, social, and kind people :) The room we stayed in was very cozy with a nice queen-size bed, a relatively big closet, a cozy balcony, and a nice and fresh bathroom! There was a TV with a variety of channels, and...

My wife and I recently stayed at this lovely, centrally located small hotel in Pucon The room with balcony was wonderful - very comfortable and at a fair price The breakfast is delicious - you can ask for eggs which are very tasty Rodrigo and his wife are the bosses of this hotel - they are very kind, extremely knowledgeable...

We stayed at the "best" room with a queen size, a balcony and a view to the volcano. It is quite expensive but the room was amazing! On the day we traveled to the volcano the host left us a sneak since we left before breakfast started.

We stayed for two nights at Hotel Geronimo. The cost was 55,000 CLP, which was a little pricey for us, but maybe not for Pucon. Pros: Friendly staff Good location Easy to park on the street if their parking lot is full Good breakfast Cons: Smaller rooms They did our laundry at a very reasonable price. The breakfast was a...

Lovely people in a wonderful hotel, that still understand the concept of hospitality. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great stay. Even going so far as to fetch you a pizza if you're starving. Would definitely recommend. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Good value for money, with great views of the Vulcan Villarica. We had a superior double room, and I don't think it was very superior - plus it was superhot in the evenings and at night. I liked that they prepared breakfast in the morning before we headed to our vulcano tour at 6.30 in the morning, and the breakfast...

We transferred to this hotel after a terrible experience at another the prior night. They had space for us and accommodated us immediately. The staff was wonderful, the rooms comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was great - close to the center of things for food and fun, but far enough away to be quiet at night....

This is by far the best value for money we could find in Pucon - and far more cosy than several more expensive ones. There are no such things as pool, gym, restaurant or business centre, but if you just want a nice and cosy place to stay, this is it. the Lobby and common areas are nice, with several...

I reserved a room with a view and a terrace, and if I could have seen the view I'm sure I would have enjoyed it. (But the view is available all over town, you don't have to stay here for it.) It wasn't the hotel's fault that it rained the whole time I was there, and I appreciated having a...

“I checked them all out. Some are smaller, but each is unique. My friends were less happy with their room as a couple- it was too small for them. I always chose the top floor. Shoulder season you may have the choice to change rooms. Many amazing hot springs nearby. (well, sort of near)”
