My wife and I stayed here for four nights and we loved it! This small hotel is classy but comfortable with excellent rooms and fantastic staff! The breakfast room had a great homey feel and the food was exactly what we needed to get our day off to a great start. I would stay here again in an instant and...

Stayed twice at this place, really liked the overall experience. The rooms are very comfortable and warm with a nice view of the lake. Bathrooms are spacious and clean but nothing special. It's located very close to restaurants and the beautiful theater. The breakfast was very generous, probably one of the best in Chile since most of the breakfasts I've...

Cosy room if not a little dated. Very attentive staff. Good value for money. Tasty breakfast. Great location to explore Frutillar from. 5 minute walk to the Teatro del Lago. Close to restaurants and mini market.

I booked this hotel for my elderly parents who were travelling to Chile for my wedding. From the first moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be an outstanding place to stay! We were greeted like family by Santiago, who had gone above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate some special requests I had made regarding...

We had booked a hotel next door to Ayacara, and on arrival found no one at reception (front door was locked at 4pm!) and no one was around (we even went around that other hotel and all doors were locked). We looked around and noticed a gorgeous hotel next door: Ayacara. Luckily Ayacara had a vacancy, and we ended up...

We stayed in El Retiro, an extremely comfortable room on the top floor of the hotel. We had a view of Osorno Volcano from the two windows facing the lake, and a skylight in the bathroom filled the room with natural light. The room itself was spacious despite being sloping walls/ceilings of the roof. Every afternoon, a staff member would...

This charming hotel has a welcoming feeling from the moment you enter. The view is magnificent, from the large windows you can see the lakes and volcanoes. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and the shower was nice with good water pressure. The breakfast each morning was delicious! A large assortment of treats were presented on the table ready for you...

We enjoyed our stay here so much, we came back a second night! Nicely appointed guestrooms with ensuites, with some antique furnishings. The heat was turned up a bit too high, but this was a minor complaint. Comfy beds, good water pressure & hot water, many rooms have picturesque views of the volcano. Attentive and knowledgeable staff, with some English...
