Room and bathroom were a good size. Décor was fine and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice to cool off in after a day of sightseeing. Hotel location was good, near Bugis area, new shopping malls, a large supermarket and with a metro station a few minutes walk away. Could walk to the India and Arab areas, and to the...

After watching recent reviews i was concerned that this Hotel may not be as suitable as i was hoping but from the moment we walked in to the time we left we were pleased with the service and the facilities they had to offer. As we were there to look at the sights and enjoy the experiences of Singapore all...

Good location and nice & helpful staff. Valuable stay for the price in Singapore, as it is difficult to find reasonable hotels for a family of five, requiring interconnected rooms. We loved the food junction just on the other side of the road. Try the black pepper crab. Delicious!

They didn't change the bath facilities every day! the hotel is very noisy especially at the midnight. The room service is poor, they didn't clean a tray on the desk during three days that we had stayed there. The breakfast is poor, only one kind of sausage...

Good welcome at the door by the friendly service people. The front desk check in could definitely improve mainly because the person was busy chatting with her colleague and as a result dropped my disembarkation card! Something made me check and she was quite nonchalant about it. The building is old and tired but the room was clean and spacious...

What to say about the Royal? There is no question that this hotel is cool. I am not just talking about its location in an artsy and spiritual area of Singapore, but also about the freezing temperature in the reception and all the common areas, and even in your room if you are not quick to turn off the A/C....

Our senior family members chose this place and we stayed at this hotel for the sake of convenience. Customer service was acceptable, no particularly good / bad things to say about it. They presented to be neat & polite but not necessarily pleasant encounters. We had a king room booked but was brought to a room with twin bed. The...

We had a stop over on the way to Vietnam and found this hotel to be a good choice for our one night. It's in a good location and the staff are helpful and friendly. We had a problem with the card activating the power in our room but they rectified this quite quickly. The room was clean and comfortable....

We have stayed at this hotel before, in 2010 and it was in a better shape then. The bathroom has a lots of mold in the shower/bathtub, but everything else was just fine. Comfortable bed, minibar with freezer inside. Clean bedroom. Mr Colin at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very convenient....
