Central location near MRT, clean room, good housekeeping service, adequate morning breakfast buffet (with omelet station) and great location are the best qualities about this older hotel. Past days cigarette culture is gone but the odor lingers in the public areas though was not present in our room (16th floor). The hotel is now completely non smoking. The room is...

On arrival, check in was efficient and although we were early (having finished our Royal Caribbean Cruise from Sydney to Singapore) we were delighted that our room was ready. However, once in our room, after just dropping our bags and cases and having an explore locally, we tried the get ready for a wonderful evening with our family from the...

Centrally located, clean, friendly staff, hop-on hop-off bus only a few blocks away as well as metro & city transit. Food is inexpensive & lots of restaurants around the city. This hotel was a destination to pick up a cruise around Asia. Fare to cruise terminal was inexpensive.

We stayed at Hotel Royal@Queens for 3 nights recently following a cruise from Sydney to Singapore and both my husband and myself were very happy with our stay. From Check in to Check out all staff were very courteous and helpful. Concierge was really good helping with our last minute reservation for River and Night Safari which we enjoyed. Singapore...

I stayed at the Hotel Royal for one night thanks to Silk Air after they changed my flight schedule. The room I got was a wheelchair friendly one, so the bathroom was quite big . The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The staff were ok, I wouldn't say they were overly friendly or helpful though. Apart from the porter...

Room and bathroom were a good size. Décor was fine and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice to cool off in after a day of sightseeing. Hotel location was good, near Bugis area, new shopping malls, a large supermarket and with a metro station a few minutes walk away. Could walk to the India and Arab areas, and to the...

After watching recent reviews i was concerned that this Hotel may not be as suitable as i was hoping but from the moment we walked in to the time we left we were pleased with the service and the facilities they had to offer. As we were there to look at the sights and enjoy the experiences of Singapore all...

Good location and nice & helpful staff. Valuable stay for the price in Singapore, as it is difficult to find reasonable hotels for a family of five, requiring interconnected rooms. We loved the food junction just on the other side of the road. Try the black pepper crab. Delicious!
