This a a great small boutique hotel for those who are outside all day, don't want to slum it out and not have to pay an expensive stay. It's just the right size, the right amount of what you need, and super friendly staff. Great location and a great price. All though I'm sure the prices will get much higher...

This hotel is extremely neat and tidy but it is small boutique hotel. Budget constraint so we could only stay in this hotel as we need to tour many countries in the world. The staff is very friendly and service is good.

A super clean basic hotel with lovely friendly staff. Best for one or a couple of nights. No real hotel facilities for hanging around in the hotel so think of it as a place to sleep not spend time in during the day. A good ten to 15 minute walk to downtown but fine if you are visiting and want...

We booked a family room for our small group. It was very clean and tidy. The bathroom and the beds were very pleasant. Unfortunately, we had no windows in our room. The service was very friendly and attentive.

We really enjoyed this new, clean, hotel in the heart of Singapore in Chinatown. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We had a problem with the shower in our room and the issue was taken care of quickly and we were given a new room. If you are looking for a cost-effective accommodation in Singapore then this is...

The hotel is new, as such the facilities are modern and fresh. I was surprised at the amount of rooms the management has managed to create in this old building. The room where I was staying had two small windows, which were overlooking the corridor- so no natural light in the room. This made me stay outside a lot. Nice...

Found this hotel through Instagram and was lucky enough to book while they were having a discount promotion. I think the hotel was new or newly renovated so everything looked perfectly neat. If you are a minimalist person who just love plain mono, this hotel is for you. The room is quite spacious, including the shower & toilet which came...

Stayed for a night. Location is quite central and easily accessible. Hotel is comfortable and stylish. I love the black and white theme of the hotel, which i think gives the hotel a simple but yet classy design. Hotel is clean and room is spacious. I love the way the clothes hangar is being designed. It is cleverly done such...

Not an enjoyable experience for me and friends. Family room at 3rd floor was small, expected to get the room shown in picture during booking but upon checking in, we were told that all the other rooms were fully booked. We got calls from reception at 8pm saying that we need to lower down our volume and this is by...

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
