If you want a budget hotel with easy access to Orchard shopping malls, then Hotel Supreme is just right for you. All you want and all you need is just a stone's throw away. Accomodation is fine. We had a hard time with the Wifi. Room is old but good as well as their room service. Be prepared to bring...

Near the Orchard Road so it's handy. The staff too is quite friendly and helpful. The price is great for a budget hotel. The breakfast is toast jam and coffee or tea for everyday, but I really don't mind about that. And it's near to Dhoby Ghaut and Sommerset MRT too, maybe 10 minutes of walking. Many nearby eating places...

Just 2 min walk to Orchard road, 500m to MRT (to both Dhoby Ghaut and Somerset), many eating places nearby, central location to all attractions, just at the exit of the expressway from airport, taxies can be easily flagged down in front of hotel, its an ideal location. Reception would be different from what you normally experience but its functional...

Stayed 4 nights with friends to enjoy Singapore. Hotel is well located just off Orchard Rd. Staff are friendly and helpful. Budget hotel and that's what you get. Clean and secure. Rooms and bathrooms are large. Great air con and plenty of hot water. Breakfast is toast and jam with orange juice tea or coffee. Killiney Rd is a 5...

Overall, if i were to really rate this out of 5, i will rate it 0.1. One of the worst hotel i have stayed in Singapore. I don't mind the simplicity of the room, but their customer relation is terrible. Who, in their right mind, would scream at their customer because of a small misunderstanding of a luggage accident. Another...

I don't understand the bad reviews. It's a budget hotel, smack bang in the middle of orchard. Was sharing a room with a friend so it cost us $40 each a night. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the water was hot and the beds were fine for a sleep.......not that we did much of that!

Good location, near pub ( not good for family with small children), spacious room. Cheap. Good service froom the receptionist. But the wifi is very bad, sometime it's good, sometime it's worst. Not recommended for people who really need a good wifi.

Staff: 1. I booked this hotel by Booking.com. I asked for issuing an invoice for my company. The first answer was: "This is impossible because it would be against Booking, com policy". So I told that I received invoice for my company in many hotels reserved by booking.com. So they changed the answer: "This is impossible because of our hotel policy"....

Every staff in this hotel need customer service training, the receptionist never put a smile in their face, never ask for help to the receptionist, i guarentee that they have never show any effort to help, ah and dont forget when you have a breakfast, the staff will not allow you to reentering the dining room just because you only...

I would like to ask the hotel management that "have you ever had breakfast in your life???" Breakfast was only bread with butter and jam with tea or coffee and some water or orange cordial. If that's what you say breakfast included for SGD90 a night, then you're seriously misguiding the clients.
