Location is good. Check in was fast and we were upgraded to premium suite from our deluxe room booking just so we can get interconnected rooms (another being a deluxe room). The rooms felt very cosy and spacious, slept like a baby... and it has a complete kitchen appliances,even washing machine cum dryer and also provided washing detergent. The pool view overlooking Spore flyer was beatiful, especially evening time. Would definitely book again

Check-in process was fast, greet by staff when entering and they are very polite, attention to details and fulfilled all my requests for the room.
Strict rules imposed on the 5 pax per room due to COVID19. and no visitors after 10 pm. Visitors are required to report to the front desk and take temperature before going up.
The room was spacious with ready facilities such as the kitchenette, washing machine, local TV channels and a soundbar. The bed was comfortable, the rain shower was good.
Air conditioning in the room needs improvement because the temperature in the living room is much colder than in the bedroom. ServiceOne took longer than usual to pick up our calls.
There’s a minimart, 7-eleven nearby, ample of parking spaces and complimentary 2 parking cards per day during your stay if you are driving.
We spent 4D3N and we had enjoyable moments there, will definitely come back again.

The check in process almost ruined the whole stay. Requested for early check in days before arrival but was told unable to promise and only given if rooms available. Standard check in time was 1500hrs and check out at 1200hrs. Arrived at 1430 for check in, pre registration took about 5 mins at door. Was told to wait at lobby for actual registration. Waited for close to 1 hour at lobby before my name was called for registration. Process took about 5 mins but was told need to wait a bit longer as no rooms available yet! They said they will call me immediately when room is ready. This was at 1530hrs. The lobby was packed with people also waiting for rooms. Everyone has an unhappy face. I asked for an update with the front desk manager but was told the same thing" room not ready". I waited till about 1645 and I got up and asked for an update and the staff processing the rooms allocation told me my key was allocated more than 1hr ago to the counter but they did not call me or informed me that my room was ready! They just simply replied "sorry we overlooked". I took the key and went to the room feeling really angry. Upon entering the room, my anger was somehow countered as it was really good. I would say this is the best room I got among many hotel stays. View, Cleanliness and everything was 5/5. Nothing more I can expect from them. Booked a 1hr slot for swimming and needed to collect a key card from the reception to the pool at the roof (21st floor). If you search for pictures of the view from the pool of this hotel online, you would know it is nothing short of awesome. It is comparable with other roof top pools such as MBS. The crowd numbers were controlled and there were only about 6 people swimming at one time. Very good. For food, you could buy the raw materials from a supermarket and cook simple stuff in the room (hob, pans, utensils all provided) or you can proceed nearby (suntec, Golden mile) or kampung glam opposite the hotel. Overall, I would rate this experience a 6/5 if not for the check in process. (I realise there were many who experienced the same as me. The hotel should work on this area). Anyway, the hotel allowed me to check out at 1500hrs instead of 1200hrs the next day due to the check in blunder. I guess many of the guests request for this and the hotel has no choice but to give in to the request. Thus the rooms can only be cleaned after 1500hrs everyday and check in guests need to wait till about 1600hrs.

We stayed there for 7 months during the Covid period. The space was adequate for a couple and the kitchen was very well equipped with WMF cookware, oven, rice cooker, Nespresso machine which is useful especially for long term guest who cook. There is a gym with all the essential machines and free weights and the infinity pool offers a great view. The breakfast everyday is excellent and there is a good variety of food from Chinese, western, malay, Indian to even Mexican. As no buffet is available, the staff would give a menu to the guest everyday. Dine in and take away option is available at your preferred time. We really enjoyed the breakfast there and greatly appreciate the kitchen staff who start really early to prepare the breakfast. Service is impeccable and the staff pay attention to each guest. There were some glitches during our stay but resolved promptly. Special mention to Eddie who always goes the extra mile and always ready to help, and also the front desk team Roberto, Yiko, Adib, Kimmy, Angeline, Andre, Sarah and the entire team who help us during our stay. The housekeeping team is also diligent especially the staff Ying Wei who is in charge of the rooms on our floor.

Stayed here for 2 nights - first stay in the Pan Pacific group. Location is great. Walking distance to Bugis Junction, City Hall, and Suntec City. Surrounding the area are great food. There are also 2 MRT stations within 5-10 min walk (Bugis MRT and Nicoll Highway MRT). Suites are clean. There is a kitchenette complete with Fridge, Oven, stove, pots/pans etc if you intend to cook. But with the many eating locations surrounding this area, there is really no need to worry about cooking. There are complimentary tea bags and 3 nespresso capsules, but they do not get topped up for the second day of stay, and was told to request from front counter for a charge. Similarly, though we were 2Ad and 1Ch checked into the room, there were only 2 bath towels, and we had to negotiate with housekeeping for a while before they finally agreed to providing us another bath towel. Parking is complimentary at The Plaza (get your complimentary ticket before exit).
Since this is a serviced suite, and the rates are per night (as in booking a hotel), perhaps good to consider topping up the coffee/tea, and providing towels when requested? Other than that, the stay is good.

Checked in 31/5 and stayed 2 nights. Room had a view of kampong glam area which was pretty nice. View of Marina Bay area would be on rooms on other side, but you could get that view from the pool too. Staff were all really pleasant and helpful. A nice gentleman helped us with early check in as we came direct from another staycation and was abit earlier then check in time. Room is pleasant, clean, modern and new. Cutlery, utensils, washing powder all provided, which I found very thoughtful. The washer comes with a dryer function which means you can pack less for a longer stay. There is the induction hob, oven. Our fridge had an issue and water leaked out of it. Was told technician would come, but never came. Other than that, I would think it was quite a perfect staycation. We walked around Kampong glam area, army market, suntec, bugis. Also bought a fishing rod for our boy at beach road (Joe's fishing) and drove to bedok jetty to try out some fishing. Hotel has complimentary parking (2 exits per day) for guests. Was a great experience to re-explore our own country and go back to a place like home. We did quite a few staycays at hotels and serviced suites. Comparing service suites that we tried recently, (ascott, oakwood, capri), would say Pan Pac serviced suites at beach road triumphed them all. The rest were actually not bad too but I felt Pan Pac offered the best value for money in terms of what they offered. Would love to come back again for a staycation soon.

Last month, my wife and I, on a 30 day trip through SE Asia, had the pleasure of staying at the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites (Beach Road) in Singapore.
Singapore was our first stop on our odyssey. My wife and I are frequent travelers and the one thing we know is that one of us (me) gets up much earlier than the other. Especially after 24 +/- hours of traveling!
So, we were looking for an apartment-like arrangement when we found the Pan Pacific, in the very area we were hoping to stay. Our room was perfect, with separate sleeping/living areas. Plus, a kitchenette and washer/dryer.
The hotel is directly across Beach Road from the Arab Quarter, with all of its bars, restaurants and shops. And an easy walk to a myriad of places to go and things to see. Including Sun Tec City (large shopping mall with a Giant supermarket), Little India, Bugis Market, Duo Galleria (lots of restaurants), Bugis MRT station and my new favorite bar…..Atlas. Atlas is one of the most beautiful bars (Art Deco) I have seen anywhere in the world, serving amazing cocktails at reasonable prices. Check it out: atlasbar.sg.
And, since Pan Pacific is a sister brand of the Park Royal Hotel (adjacent), you can enjoy their Spa at discounted prices!
The staff at the Pan Pacific are extremely hospitable and helpful.

We stayed at the Pan Pacific, Serviced Apartments for 3 nights in February 2020. We had an unfortunate start as our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. Walking to these apartments along Beach Road, we could not see the front entrance, as it’s almost like a service road or entrance to a multi-storey car park. The building is, however, clear from the road.
Once inside, the reception was very pleasant and much more glamorous than the approach. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and so on. Screening checks were done in view of the COVID-19 issue and awareness of this situation was heightened.
We subsequently realised that you can get in via Park Royal next door. There is a link between the two, that you can use, once you have your room card. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The Bugas station to the underground railway called MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) is nearby and offers good access under/around the city. The MRT really is exceptional and there are links to shopping malls everywhere. It was quiet for us as many people are staying away. There is also a shuttle service to various locations should you wish to use it, just ask at reception.
There is a comfortable coffee lounge up above the reception, with a water fountain, complimentary coffee and so on. There are a couple of laptops to make use of and wi-fi was generally good.
We booked a one bedroomed Premium Suite and it was very comfortable, well equipped and so on. There was a small cleaning issue we mentioned to reception but otherwise the rooms are good, with great views. Our first night was disturbed by overnight building work on a new road link, alongside the apartments. We moved rooms and got a slightly quieter night’s sleep. This is obviously a temporary issue and beyond the control of Pan Pacific.
There is a pool on the top floor with several sun loungers and a small gym. There is no bar in this establishment but there are plenty nearby, including through the link from the coffee lounge to Park Royal.
The breakfast area is in area off the reception. It was small but the breakfast served was a good selection and well presented.
We enjoyed it here and would return without hesitation. It's a great location to explore from.

Arrived to check in at 3pm on a weekday & it is quite crowded. They seems to overlooked my booking & 2 staff uncertain keep asking what is my reference no even though they got my nric. They look lost to find my booking. We don't feel welcome upon checking into this hotel. We had to wait a while before we got our room #1705.
Room was nice, with a good view facing the main road / arab str view. Room is the same just like the one in pictures. Includes kitchenette, washing machine, a huge fridge, living room & bedroom. We called to request if we could happily pay for the upgrade which comes with a bathtub bcos it is my birthday but sadly was rejected. Nothing special was being arrange too like complimentary cake or dessert in the room. My expection for this hotel was high till I checked it, it was meh for their service. Called them from the room & it takes really long for them to ans my call.
Sofa in the room sucks big time bcos it is so low & so uncomfortable & it keep coming off from the seat.
Swimming pool booking is required & they provide complimentary ticket parking. We enjoyed our night swim with a great view. Overall staying here was ok, nothing special.

Hi, yes it’s open to guest as for all hotels etc, but due to in house rules that applies, in nature of safety requirements in social distancing and social gathering that applies to gov rules. As long as it doesn’t breach anything it should be ok. My advised would be that you may check with the security personal or front desk staff if u want to bring guest over.
yes they do however it will be left at a table near the concierge. the foodpanda or grabfood person will give you a call and you will have to come down and collect it yourself.
It is not manned so i suggest u be prompt with collecting your food.
There are more places to choose from in the Singapore area.
