LOCATION. Half an hour by cab from Changi airport. Near Chinatown. ROOM. Our twin room was spacious enough. I don't really 'get' the glass wall on Singapore hotel bathrooms but it is no matter. SERVICE. Poor, I'm afraid. I rang the hotel in the morning of our arrival to ask if it would be possible to check in a little... More

My husband and I stayed here for a single night pre-cruise. We found it very clean and the room was about what you'd expect in the UK in a Holiday Inn type hotel. I was disappointed that there was only one serving of one choice of drink to have with the kettle and cups that were provided - and that... More

What a pleasant surprise! Loved this hotel. The staff are very pleasant, the rooms are small but compact! Very clean and the beds are delightful! The safe drawer in the room with a light built into the drawer is something every hotel room should have! The breakfast wasn't your normal American breakfast, but a very good variety of fresh food... As with most new hotels there are some teething problems here. The rooms are clean & well appointed and the staff friendly and helpful. A minus is having a cold shower & the cafe needs help. Warm white Argentinian wine at $50 Singapore $ a bottle & undrinkable coffee at breakfast.

Staff were very friendly, room was reasonable size, with fridge and decent bathroom. There is an open area on the 10th floor which would be lovely if it wasn't so hot. The restaurant is reasonably priced and convenient.

Arrived early but receptionist kept our luggage and let us have our room an hour early. Staff were polite and helpful during our stay. Room was small but very clean with a comfortable bed and pillow, good quality towels, linen and bathroom amenities. Tea making facilities were useful and fridge enables storage of milk, drinks etc. Location is good for... More

The three taxi drivers I had didn't know where it was, so make sure you have an address, or a map ready to show them. It's a rather odd location in general. My non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes, especially when you first open the door. The room was an ok size, but an odd shape, so you couldn't actually walk... More

While not in the best location, this was still a good stay. It's about a 10 minute walk to the MRT/Chinatown. Rooms are small but the air con is great and they're clean. Good shower pressure. The staff were fantastic - very accommodating and friendly. Don't bother with the breakfast buffet - limited choice and bad coffee.

Stayed 2 nights in Superior Queen bedded room. 20 minute $20 taxi ride from the airport - check in staff very friendly - room size good - bathroom on the small side - not a fan of the see through walls. Good location near Chinatown and Clarke Quay (once you can work out exactly where you are). Happy to lend... More
