Nestled conveniently within the airport, Aerotel Singapore provides a seamless and stress-free experience, a highlight for many travelers who also commend the hotel for its spotless rooms and pristine common areas. While opinions on value diverge, with some guests finding the cost steep, others feel the included amenities like the pool and meals justify the expense.
The staff's friendly and attentive service receives high praise, enhancing the serene and welcoming atmosphere, despite occasional comments about overly loud pool music and the air conditioning in rooms being too cold for some.

Stayed here for one night whilst in transit. The whole place is very well organised to protect the guest from covid infection. Once you are checked in and in your room you may not leave your room until you check out.
The rooms are very comfortable, room service is limited but the food is delivered and left outside your room. The food is hot and tasty.
You must remain in your room until your escort calls from reception to take you to your departure gate.

We had no issues with our short stay at Singapore Airport. A change in flight meant we had little sleep and quite a stop over so we decided to get a room. We had to wait an hour or so before a room became available but once we were in it was fine. It was very dark and very quiet and we fell almost immediately to sleep. The room was very clean as well. It was a bit pricey (about $215 Australian) but this included use of the pool and a snack (club sandwich but no drink!). I think it was money well spent as we boarded very refreshed and relaxed.

We left our cruise ship this morning at 10 am and our flight to Dubai is not until 00.30 .
The ship offered trips for over £150 per head still arriving at airport early afternoon .
We checked our luggage in early and walked around the most beautiful airport in the world.
We then checked into this transit hotel for 6 hours at a cost of £85 .
Best value for money spent all holiday.
Highly recommend.

I had a difficult stay at the aerotel. It is not possible to monitor the temperature or air flow in the room. The sheets and towels are comparable to rags in quality. The bed does not have sheets, just a quilt. The showers/bathrooms are not clean and smell like poop. The “library” has 3 books in chinese and travel promotion literature. Breakfast was an undercooked egg and salad. I asked for a quiet room location and was placed right next to the 4 bathrooms. I could hear people’s alarms go off every 30-60 minutes and the closing of every door in my hallway in addition to conversation. The WiFi is the airport WiFi, not secure. When I told reception the bathrooms needed servicing the janitor was nearby and unhappy with my request. After having coffee I returned to my room to find he was waiting for me outside my room and with a creepy smile said “trust me, the bathrooms are clean.” I then opened the door to all 4 bathrooms and none were clean. After I checked out I found money missing from my wallet and my personal items had been looted. Do not stay at aerotel.

We stayed in the Aerotel recently during a 12 hour layover, whilst the hotel staff was very nice, the price of 250USD was truly outrageous. Due to Covid19 we were not allowed to leave the hotel room during our stay, so food from the hotel was included, which we thought made the price seem almost reasonable.
However once we arrived we were told that the 'inclusive food option' that we had only gave us a choice of 4 bento boxes. We had 2 'meals' included each during our stay. The food was truly disgusting, we tried all 4 options between us and they were pretty inedible. I wasn't expecting to be wowed at all, but I think for 250 USD the hotel could have provided something of much better quality or at the very least more than 4 (terrible) options.
The room also came without a window.
Overall I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are staying purely to sleep for a few hours.

Recently spent a night at Aerotel Changi Singapore while waiting for a long 16hour transit flight.
Overall my experience was positive. The room was surprisingly quite spacious and comfortable (one would expect small rooms as the hotel is located at the airport terminal itself). Note that some rooms do not have windows. Shower was working fine and basic amenities were all provided.
The receptionist and other staffs were professional and helpful. Prices were however rather steep as expected for most airport hotels at approx 200SGD for a 6hour stay with an option of extending your stay at 24SGD per hour. The package was inclusive of a meal though- and you get to choose your meal times. Hotel staffs will drop the pre packed meal in front of your door step.
As I travelled during the pandemic, there were some restrictions. Patrons were not allowed to exit the hotel room apart from check in and check out purposes. All meals had to be eaten inside the room itself. Buggy ride service will be provided from the transit lounge to the hotel- just remember to inform the airport staffs that you have a booking with Aerotel.

The perfect spot to stretch out and get some sleep on a long layover.
Very easy to book online- all bookings are fully changeable/ refundable up and till 24 hours before your stay.
Single rooms are a good size for one person, and have access communal shower rooms. Crisp clean bedding, and very comfortable king-single bed.
All stays 6 hours or longer come with a free meal served in the lounge area. Complimentary tea coffee making facilities in the lounge; a nice quiet place to chill before or after your sleep.
Another bonus is all guests get free access to the rooftop pool.

The pool is open from 12 noon daily.
Very nice resort style setup, and very nice to visit by day or by night.
Access to the pool only (including showering) costs $27; perfect if you are on a short layover and just want to refresh yourself with a swim & shower.

We stayed at the Aerotel Singapore in Terminal 1 before traveling back to the USA from Thailand. We had a double plus with meal room because there were no rooms with a single queen/king by the time we booked. Book as far in advance as you can! We didn’t end up ordering food as nothing on the menu really appealed based on the time of day we were there. The room was basic and had what we needed - towels, slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste etc. There was also a kettle, tea and coffee. It was great that we could drink the tap water as we’d become accustomed to having to find bottled water to brush our teeth. The room was 288 SGD / 216 USD. You don’t have to leave security which is a huge bonus in my mind! It’s a huge airport so make use of the sky train to get around.

Be aware that there are multiple room options here at this T1 facility AND that you should book direct with the operators WELL BEFORE your expected stay. The T1 hotel and the competitor's T3 option were both fully booked for our two stays here in October 2022. The world is travelling again.
We hit the jackpot with our assigned T1 room = Room 01 as it was huge, close to reception, super clean and well appointed for a 16 hour stayover. Doing this is the only sane way for mature Aussies to get to and from Oz. By booking a 16 hour stay you get both a dinner and a breakfast meal. You can eat in the small behind reception lounge area. Both of our meals were freshly prepared and very pleasing and way better than the terrible meals that we had at the competitor's T3 stay a fortnight earlier.
The cost however for the stay was near $500 AUD but the just outside of immigration Crown Plaza hotel would have been about $450 AUD and there could be / would be issues with your luggage being held in transit.
There was both airport internal road traffic and plane noise evident in our room however.
Airport wi-fi worked well in the above room but if you were further away from public areas this could be a problem.
There was no fridge in the room.
Reception staff were very professional and then helpful managing both the refrigeration of my meds and the freezing of my gel travel pack.
I would definitely stay here again even to the extent of seeking out this T1 option even if I landed or was departing from T2 or T3.

Aerotel Singapore – transit hotel
This hotel was provided by Singapore Airlines because our original flight was cancelled meaning a 10 hour layover in Changi. I had minimal expectations of this hotel but in fact it was superb. We had two comfortable double beds with full bathroom, toiletries and coffee making facilities. Seemed a little weird having no window but it was compact and all you needed for a day room or overnight stay, It was extremely easy to find (skytrain to term 1 – up escalator – straight in front of you) The swimming pool ( with toilets, changing facilities, towels, sunbeds and bar) is literally next door and offered a lovely sun bathing space watching the many aircrafts taking off. Beware drinks are pricey.
Even if my future layovers are not 10+ hours I will consider breaking a long flight and sleeping the night is Aerotel. Very acceptable 10/10

I don’t believe so, but when we went to look we were asked if we were staying there…
In the room we got there was a bathroom in the room with provided towels.
I was sent an email by the hotel asking what time my plane landed and what time the next one was departing. They also wanted to know flight numbers. They then locked in the six hour period I wanted.
You might inquire from them... No idea at all about locker... We had a room.. The aerotel will reply to you atleast you will have idea how they will arrange about that... Cheers
