Hotel needs a full refurbishmental which has started as we were disturbed by drilling and electrical work going on nights and early mornings. Poorly lit and looks dated. Bedroom very small, bathroom had no shower curtains subsequently the wc and cistern cabinet got wet during showers.. No hand towels provided. Toiletries consisted of 2 disposable tooth brushes and a wall...

Rooms are small but nicely presented. We had one of the recently renovated rooms. Breakfast was basic but included in price of room. Pool and slide are fun, just be careful the slide isnt hot when you go down or you may find yourself burnt. Shower at the pool is refreshing if you have a late flight out and checked...

I stayed in a room on the 9th floor, with a partial view of the river. The room was small, but this was expected. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, and the sheets rather thin. The room was clean, and the service for the staff quick and polite. Wifi was okay, but not great. Breakfast was good....

Stayed for 3D2N but I had to leave early on my 3rd day. Bedsheets are just fine, but the blankets are thin. The bed is small compared to others. Two people will probably struggle (atleast for us large size). There is a free breakfast but it only offers bread, egg, hotdogs and rice + orange juice. I got this room...

Found this to be a great place if you dont expect too much. Rooms are small, it is cheap after all. Great location on the river and plenty of eaterys and shops around the hotel.Service was great. Breakfast considering it comes with the room i thought was plenty. Once again you get what you pay for. I enjoyed my time...

For a 12 hour transit during which time I could shop around, a friend suggested this place for bed and breakfast. A basic compact room with a tiny but functional bath matched the price I paid for the hotel in a posh and convenient location. Though I had to leave at 6.00, the friendly receptionist arranged for a cab to...

The most unpleasant male concierge we have ever met. At least Basil Fawlty was funny. He was incredibly rude, scared me, argued with my poor hubby and was only concerned with money and how he could get more out of us. There was a mix up with the booking and we ended up out of pocket and our request to...

Staff were helpful. Location was great for sightseeing, drinking, eating or just walking. The room was tiny but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but the price reflects this . Taxi from the airport was about 25. You can easily catch the hop on hop off bus from Clarkes Quay by the reverse bungy.

Rooms have recently had a laminate makeover. Rooms are tiny and bed uncomfortable (Deluxe Double). Gym is on 3rd level, if you can call it that! Pool is lame, more a smokers area. Both areas littered with rubbish. Overpriced and ordinary, give it a miss.

We stopped here on our way back from Europe. Normally we hire an apartment near Orchard Road but we were only staying for 5 days so picked this hotel mainly due to price. Room was clean (4th floor) but not impressed with the stairwells used as the smoking areas. Pool is small, OK for kids I guess and the attached...
