ParkRoyal Collection Marina Bay is a place I just keep going back to.
I've bene staying here for many years on my trip to visit friends in Singapore. The staff are incredible in their genuine warm welcome you always receive on arrival and greetings during your stay. Their service, efficiency and dedication to guest is second to none.
The rooms are of generous proportion with a huge king sized bed with high quality bedding and pillows to help you sleep, relax and recharge. The rooms are very understated in their clean styling , with great quality fixtures and materials used in finishes. Wifi is easy to use and great a speed, a safe is located in the wardrobe for your security of valuables, and their is plenty of hanging space for your clothing, with robes and slippers as well.
Room lighting is multi configurable to suit your mood.
The bathroom is well serviced with a shower ( multi nozzle ) cubical as well as a deep bath. The wash bench has plenty of space to lay out your toiletries whit even more storage located on a shelf under the bench. You have a generous range of amenities also provided in the bathroom. Everything you need is already provided in the room, and should you require additional services , they are provided promptly.
You have a great range of dining in-house as well and bars to select from. I have always enjoyed afternoon drinks poolside with friends when they visit.
The location for me is perfect, you have great views over Marina Bay as well and the CBD. You can walk to the CBD quite easily as well as the Chimes , Raffles and the Kampong Glam area.
Taxis are called for you quickly if need and there are MRT stations all within an easy walk.
The Marina Square shopping complex is easily reached thought the hotels own access point, where there is a huge range of food and shopping located.
The one thin for me though that keeps me going back are the staff, they are amazing. I always look forward to heading back two or three times a year because of the incredible staff and the hotel.

We enjoyed our Staycation and were delighted to catch a glimpse of the Pre-National Day Rehearsal in across the skyline. The room was spacious and clean; with balcony to catch some fresh air. The coffee machine was a darling for each perk-me-up moments. The only shortcoming, personally, was the pillows a bit too hard to my liking (Papa Bear's hard pillow hence he would appreciate it :) The breakfast buffet at Peppermint was sumptuous and we were spolit for choice; we were glad to be able to dine in the gigantic bird-nest cove and marvelled at the real life birds singing... amazing. The only shame is not having to swim in the pool which was crowded most of the time (even at night!). Overall, it was a gorgeous staycation and we would be back soon :)

We have stayed at this hotel many times both in its current guise as the Parkroyal and previously as the Marina Mandarin. We like the location and easy access to the MRT. We had a 2 night stay in January 2025 and didn’t encounter any problems. We had an urban deluxe room. The bathroom was a bit tired and the room lacking in storage space but apart from that we had a great stay. We only ate breakfast on 1 morning as we had a very early start on our 2nd morning. Breakfast restaurant wasn’t too busy and there seemed to be a decent supply of everything. We returned for another 2 night stay in mid-February at the end of our holiday. This time we had a Lifestyle premier room which we preferred as it had a better bathroom and was slightly larger than our previous room. The breakfast in Peppermint however on this visit was a total let down. You had to queue to get a table for breakfast. The wait wasn’t too long but I have never experienced this before. It was chaotic. We were given a table and went to the buffet. The cold offerings (juice, cheese and fruit) were adequate. I ordered the eggs Benedict. The eggs were stone cold as was the hollandaise sauce – I left it as it was inedible and decided on a fried egg instead. This too was cold so I also left it. I decided on a croissant and jam. The jam was empty so I tried to attract the attention of the lady behind the counter but she was too busy on her mobile phone to assist! I complained to a restaurant manager who did offer to get me some hot food but by then I had had enough. On our 2nd morning my husband decided to miss breakfast due to the chaos of the previous day so I went alone. Again, I had to queue to get a table. I decided to have pancakes & berry compote. The compote dish was empty so I asked for it to be refilled. By the time this had been done the pancake container was empty so I had to ask for pancakes. When these arrived people also wanted maple syrup but this too was empty. In the same area was hot oatmeal also empty. There seemed to be no systems in place for replenishing items – I didn’t see anyone checking that dishes were refilled. Would I stay here again? Possibly as I like the location. But there are many other hotels in the immediate vicinity so maybe it is either time for a change or book room only.

The mall under which is the City Hall subway (MRT) stop is around the corner and there are mostly escalators in route. So it's a pretty easy 45-minute commute from the airport. And it's tap credit card to pay.
The location is good but there is only one hotel entrance and it is in an awkward location for walking to the main attractions in the area.
Even with a pre-arrival email they would not allow my niece early check-in. But they gave her a coffee and let her sit by the pool until I arrived.
I originally thought I got a great deal for $300 a night as it was newly renovated, and I booked 9 months in advanced. But now I think that price point is about right for the accommodation. The deluxe room was to be for 3 people but upon arrival they said if a third had joined they would add a roller bed and that would have barely fit in the room.
The room was attractive and quiet, with a fridge and a kettle. They have a filtered water tap in the bathroom which was a very nice feature. The bedding was plush and they had a rainfall shower. The hotel itself has a nice relaxed ambience. The TV picture quality was outstanding.
The gym was ok: a bit disappointing given the pictures they feature in their ads. They had separate studios for classes but only offer one class a week.

Stayed for 7nights. Booked through an agent but upgraded directly with the hotel to a Urban Suite with access to the club lounge - this really was the icing on the cake. Easy check in and paid for the upgrade on arrival. They do take a large deposit as well to pay for any incidentals. We were on the 19th floor. Lots of lifts and never waited long for one. Room was lovely - bedroom with a large bathroom. Loads of toileties They hadn't set up the bed for my son but between check in and reaching the room it was done! Housekeeping were good and room kept very clean. We moved the bed into the lounge - he wanted his own space. There was a second bathroom off the lounge too. Mini bar included soft drinks that were part of cost and it was refilled each day. A basket of snacks as a one off. As it was my birthday there was lots of chocolates. Loved the filtered water in the bathroom - we took water bottles and refilled before going out. Did not buy a bottle of water throughout our stay in Singapore. I like it quiet at night and nothing disturbed my sleep - in fact we got over jetlag really quickly as had such a good sleep on the first night. There was a negative - no drawers for clothes so other than those we could hang up, the rest had to stay in the cases. The hotel was beautiful- loads of greenery, and extremely friendly. The pool area was also lovely - pool so warm. We used it every day and son enjoyed swimming in the evening with it lit up.
The club lounge - what a treat. Ariane and team were brilliant. They learnt our names and welcomed us. We did try the main restaurant for breakfast but it was busy and on the 2nd day couldn't get a cup of tea so went to the club lounge - made to order breakfast every day! The team took an interest in what we did each day and asked about it later in the day. Evening cocktails between 6-8pm was great (as alcohol is expensive in Singapore) and I was met with a glass of champagne each evening. On our last day I wasn't very well, and they sent a bag back to the room with goodies to make me feel better and extended our check out until late so I could rest before a late flight home. If I did return to Singapore I would stay here again - although the larger room and club lounge access without a doubt made it that extra special.

Stayed for 5 nights whilst enjoying the sights of Singapore. We had a room overlooking Marina Bay on the 18th floor that the travel agent had recommended, and it had the most spectacular view from a small balcony. Our room was perfectly appointed and I particularly liked the fact that there was an ironing board and iron as we were going out to some very nice places. The hotel has a nice city pool on its fourth floor and a bar serving snacks and a bar menu next to the pool, perfect place for a couple of hours relaxation when you are in between visits. There is a well appointed gym on the same floor too. The hotel has gorgeous planting internally which is quite special. Location wise, it was perfect for us as went everywhere on foot, or on the MTR, and really enjoyed walking back from all the key places to visit in the area. The only reason why I didn't mark this as Excellent was because of breakfast which was far too busy every day despite varying the time of arrival, and a lot of rude people when you were trying to choose from the buffet. in addition they have a system on hot drinks where they take an order when you sit down but it doesn't work, its too slow and they cant find the right tables most of the time. One for improvement. But the location of this hotel and the room makes it a must visit

F1 track view package (guaranteed track view) This room coasted SGD$ 1,900~ (tax and service charge excluded). We found out it is a big disappointment.
First of all, about the “ guaranteed” track view. Technically, you can call it a “track view” but 50% of the track was blocked by trees and the marina square shopping mall entrance (as photos attached). You better call it “partly blocked track view” room. From the photos attached, people standing outside the shopping mall on the opposite of the road have a better view than us. We definitely chose the wrong hotel for F1 experience.
Moreover, glasses in the room are dirty (photo attached). Keeping clean seems like a difficult task for your staff to achieve.
Also, staff at the buffet breakfast place are joke. They are lake of communication, repeatedly escorted different guests to the same table causing confusion. If you don’t put your personal staff on the table and go to grab your food, you’ll find someone at the table you were escorted a min ago. I saw this happened more than 4 times when I was having my breakfast. People standing around our table because their table were occupied by other guests. That was an annoying situation.
To those planning to stay in this hotel for 2024 SG F1 Grand Prix track view package. You will pay more than SGD$2,000 to look at the trees and shopping mall entrance. Make sure this “50% blocked track view” is the view you want and you don’t mind to pay that amount of money for one night.
To manger or anyone going to reply this review. Don’t give me a templet reply and don’t tell me it is a misunderstanding. When you prompted a “ guaranteed track view” room, we expected a CLEAR track view without any obstacles. Idk about the commercial regulation in Singapore but the gap between your HP about the track view and the actual track view from the room is a misleading advertising case in my country.

The food was excellent overall, with my guests offering praise rather than complaints. They consistently complimented the quality and enjoyment of the entire menu.

Apple and Jayson were always available when needed. Apple, in particular, was attentive, constantly ensuring the bride and groom stayed hydrated throughout the event by providing water. These thoughtful actions made my bride and me realize the importance of small details.

Tarmizi was very patient and helpful, assisting me with setting up my laptop and offering suggestions for the banner. He was a genuinely nice person to work with.

From the moment we met Xina, we knew she would be incredibly helpful. She guided us through the wedding planning process, offering timely suggestions and staying until the first march-in to ensure everything went smoothly. When I forgot to print the ROM certificate, she quickly assisted with printing it out. She was consistently available, both via WhatsApp and in person, to ensure everything ran smoothly. She also remained patient when some guests arrived last minute and others canceled unexpectedly, providing advice to help me stay calm and manage the event effectively.
Overall, I am amazed by the level of service at the hotel, especially from Xina and Apple.

The room had everything you need to support a comfortable base from which to explore Singapore, including bathroom toiletries - such as Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Bathrobe and slippers, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe and minibar. We didn’t use anything from the minbar but used it to store our own juices and a few beers we bought in local supermarkets ( Supermarket beer around 4 S. dollars for a large bottle) there is also filtered water in the bathroom and we found that all the establishments we visited offered free water by the glass. ( not sure about h the hawker markets as we didn’t ask)
The pool area/ swimming pool is beautifully lit up of a night, and the pool seemed to get busy around 9pm when we were up there. Pool closes at 10.30 pm and I believe it opens at 10am. We had some beers and hamburgers at the pool bar and had a really nice experience.
We also drank and ate in Portmans Bar, again, couldn’t fault the experience.
Staff - I won’t single anyone out as everyone helped make our stay special - from the arrival through to check-in, staff at the pool bar to those working in Portmans the front desk who gave us street directions every day., and the cleaners who kept everything clean.
