This new hotel at the top of Orchard Road is simply outstanding! It has been thoughtfully designed with attention to detail. Large rooms with high ceilings, contemporary quality interiors providing an oasis amidst the busy densely populated surroundings. The value for money factor could not be beaten! Our positive experience began with excellent communication from the hotel during our online booking. Questions were promptly answered clearly and concisely; always a good sign of a well run establishment. We arrived very early, tired and scratchy but the night manager Abigail kindly stayed on well after her duty finished to sort out our room and settle us in- greatly appreciated! We are both very lite sleepers- the rooms are extremely quiet, spacious and well appointed. Dyson hair dryer, Beo speaker, and the amazing Fellow jugs among the ammenities provided. The bathrooms were well appointed. The black surfaces everywhere are not a personal preference but a small negative in our view. The service from all of the hotel staff was exceptional. The "breakfast ladies" were particularly helpful and friendly- they didn't have name badges so I cannot mention their names. Tom Wang, one of the managers was especially helpful. Unlike another reviewer, we loved the complimentary big Merc to drive us around Singapore and never had to wait more than a few minutes for it to be available. This is a fabulous feature of a stay at the Artyzen. The Artyzen is our new home in Singapore and we cannot wait to return. A stunning contemporary space of exceptional quality and outstanding service! Well done team Artyzen!

This was a trip for our 51st wedding anniversary & the Artyzen was chosen by a family member who works in the region & who knows there’s a wide range of hotels/locations available. Turns out this was the perfect choice. From our initial arrival to our final check out Kristine & the team ensured we received courteous yet unobtrusive service throughout. Breakfast staff were particularly helpful. There’s a ‘global’ feel to the options available but they were always prepared to accommodate any special requests. There’s a fantastic rooftop pool which offers great views of the surrounding area particularly at sunset. It does have a glass bottomed area which is an interesting feature but not great if you have those ‘butterfly’ moments. Location wise it’s only 100m or so from Orchard Road & a couple of MRT stations are less than a 10 minute stroll away to enable you to find your way around Singapore….train is certainly the best option to get around as traffic sometimes makes it feel like London on a bad day! It’s very knew new on the Singapore hotel scene apparently so there were one or two very minor teething issues which were dealt with quickly & efficiently. We were fortunate enough to be on an 8 night stay & we did find clothes storage was quite limited (1 x hanging rail & a couple of smallish drawers) so it was a slightly ‘living out a suitcase’ feel. That having been said I think the hotel is principally designed to cater for shorter stays & the storage available may well be the norm for hotels in this part of the world.

This hotel is a visual feast for the senses from arrival to departure. The reception and restaurant are absolutely stunning encapsulating unique architectural features and blending nature in the design. The rooms are gorgeous. Splurge for the suite if you can as the outdoor terrace is stunning and so special! The pool is divine and the glass bottom at the end will delight you! The cocktails poolside were also delicious. Stepping out of the hotel you are just a short walk to the shops of Orchard road. Compliments to the General Manager (who takes the time to meet and talk with the guests) and every single staff member we encountered who were helpful and genuine in their interactions. I highly recommend you stay here. I can’t wait to return!

Booked a staycation to celebrate a special occasion and chose Artyzen because it was pet-friendly. However, the only pet-friendly areas are just the lifts, the room you're staying in and the outdoor dining area of their Cafe Quenino. The rest are off limits to your pet.
When i arrived to check in, the staff at first told me she couldn't find my reservation, subsequently she told me the room was not ready after i showed her my booking confirmation. She then told me they would need another 10 mins and told me to wait outside at the outdoor dining area of their Cafe Quenino. 10 mins turned into 40 mins, it was hot and humid, plus there was a construction going on right beside the property so it was extremely noisy.
There was no apology and not even a single drop of water was offered. i then told them to cancel the booking, it was not worth paying >$800/night for a hotel that has absolutely no service to speak of. I don't even know how they can be a 5-star hotel. Before i left, i asked them to send an email to confirm the cancellation of the booking, and it's been days now, still no email. Artyzen spoilt my celebration, wasted my leave and time. Don't bother to waste money on this place.

My stay at Artyzen Singapore had its ups and downs. When we arrived at the hotel lobby around 2:30 PM, there was no doorman to assist us with our luggage. This meant we had to unload and transport our luggage to the check-in counter ourselves, which was quite inconvenient.
Moreover, I'd like to address the unprofessional behavior of one of your staff members (the guy in the first photo). After patiently waiting for another family to finish their check-in, I approached this staff member to inquire about our check-in process. His response was curt, stating that he was still processing the previous customer's check-in without any form of courtesy or a smile. He then directed me to the center counter for check-in, but his overall attitude was unwelcoming and unhelpful. His expression made us feel like we owed him a living. We paid to enjoy the experience, not to be treated as though we are begging to stay at the hotel.
For the price charged per night, we expected a higher level of service. Unfortunately, the service we experienced was comparable to budget hotels like Hotel 81 and Value Hotel. This has been a very negative experience for us.
However, I did receive excellent customer service the next morning at the lobby. The doormen greeted us with a good morning and sent us to our vehicle. The environment of the hotel is great as you can see from the photo I shared. It’s a good hotel to stay in if you care about the staying environment. It has a nice pool and the room is great with a good design taste. I would pay for the environment but definitely not the service by that fellow.

We stayed at Artyzen Singapore for three days in January. It is a newly opened luxury hotel. The design is artistic and stylish.
We had the degustation dinner at its restaurant. It was interesting. Fendi, the restaurant manager, is very friendly and understanding. He took good care of us at the dinner and during breakfast for three days.
The hotel provides great limousine service in Mercedes S450. Thanks to Puzan telling us about this. We had a wonderful ride by Edwin.
Drawbacks: The air condition in our room is noisy, and the mattress allows too much motion transfer that affects the other person sleeping on it.

Stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the service. The staff was clearly shorthand and lacked proper training, leading to long wait times and unprofessional behavior. Requests for basic amenities were ignored or mishandled, and overall, the experience felt chaotic and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the stay.

The balcony and high ceiling makes the room feel more spacious. The free benz ride is a nice touch and we manage to use it a couple times. Pool and gym are nice and clean. Breakfast is delicious and staffs at cafe are friendly.
I was waiting to check in and staff A ask another staff B to come outside to assist. Another customer came out of the cafe and walk up to staff B. I think staff A should’ve told staff B we were waiting in line. Staff B check us in but didn’t provide us with any hotel info.
I was going to rate 4, but from booking to check out questions May Ng is quick and professional. She deserves a star.

Booked a night's stay after ROM. Very modern looking and spacious room, high ceilings and amazing views. Customer service was great, and the reception staff was happy to provide parking coupons to wedding helpers. Breakfast was great as well.
