The first impression that strikes me when entering the hotel was its front desk that gave a "Great Gatsby" like theme to it with multiple lightbulbs forming the background. I was greeted by the warm and hospitable front desk staff, Cheryl, during my check-in and she also went to the great extent of welcoming us to our rooms. The room was clean, cozy and well furnished with all necessities, including a Nespresso coffee machine for coffee connoisseurs. The prime location of the hotel gives it another plus point as it is a 10-15 minutes' walk to the nearest train station (Orchard) and convenient to shop in town. The variety of breakfast was great as they served avocado toast to local dishes such as nasi lemak and chicken congee (From 7am to 10am). The hotel has a pantry (vibe pantry) that has a wide array of snacks to choose from and it is by far my favourite option that the hotel has. Lastly, if you would like to burn off the extra calories from the scrumptious breakfast, the hotel also has a fully equipped gym and pool for you to do so. Will definitely put Vibe hotel as one of my considerations for my stay in town next time!

Front Desk Staff were helpful, they help us to book taxis with their app on their phone, and the rates were cheaper than Grab app on my phone.
Near to Paragon Mall and Far East Plaza, even though the walk is a bit uphill towards the hotel.
Value for money is pretty good, since hotels in orchard area usually have high rates.
Breakfast were good. We were having nasi lemak and chicken congee. The staff were helpful too, they help to cut apples which my dad bought from convenience stores.
Rooms were okay. The bed was a little too small. Pretty clean. AC was cold as snow, which is great. The shower though, i hope the water pressure can be increased, it was too low. It has rain shower, which my daughter loved it.
The pools were small but okay. My daughter enjoy swimming.
No water bottled in the rooms though, when we asked the housekeeping, they said tap water is drinkable. We just not get used to drink from the tap hahaha. So we buy water from nearest convenience store.

The rooms are all equiped with all the necessary amenities and the housekeeper on the 6th floor (I didnt get her name) really did a great job cleaning all our 3 rooms and had to make sure we got everything we need in our rooms. Beds are very comfy and cozy.
We had dinner at Roos restaurant just across the front desk. We really loved the Beef Brisket Ramen and their pasta. Breakfast is being served in the same restaurant from 7am to 10:30am and eventhough it’s not buffet you will be so full with their portion.
The pantry being offered to the guests are also a great plus during our stay. We didnt need to buy some chips and chocolates when we are staying in the room watching movies and chill.
We also would like to thank Ana for being so accommodating and helpful, Beulah and Nurul who assisted us to get all our requests done during our stay. Their bellmen also are very friendly greeting us everyday everytime we arrive or leave the hotel.
Kudos to Vibe Hotel Orchard Team. We will definitely be back and will recommend our friends to stay in your hotel. Thank you for all your arrangements and making sure my bride to be is happy all the time. Cheers!

This hotel was recently renovated, and is managed by the Far East Hospitality Group. They had a good deal for a Premium Double Room with breakfast included so we decided to give them a go. From the beginning, they were super attentive and wanted to make our stay a pleasant one. They took note of our request for a room that wasn't on level 4 or with the number 4 in our room number, and also our request for a late check out - they extended our check out time to 3pm without hesitation. As we were on the last leg of our belated honeymoon, the team left us a small gift upon our arrival which was a lovely touch 💞
The building itself still looks like an older building and elements throughout the hotel are still remaining from the old hotel but it adds a bit of charm.
Our room was on the sixth floor, simple renovations but it made the room feel modern. The bathroom was well laid out and the shower was great. The toiletries smelled nice and it was good to see them reducing the number of single use bottles with a pump dispenser instead. The bed was comfy and the pillows were quite decent too. Size wise, it was big enough for two people for a short stay. For a longer stay it might feel a bit cramped. The housekeeping staff were very friendly.
The hotel manager did leave us a note to explain that there was still some refurbishment works happening between 9am-5pm and we did hear drilling but it didn't really bother us. I would say that the rooms aren't fully sound proof you might be able to hear noises if your next door neighbour is loud but again it wasn't loud enough for us to be annoyed and it didn't impact our sleep. The area itself is quiet so you won't have trouble sleeping.
We didn't use the pool but it was decent sized and very clean. The gym was practical albeit small but open 24 hours.
Location wise it's a short walk to Orchard Road, in particular Paragon Shopping Centre and also not far from the famous Newton Food Centre.
Breakfast was beyond expectations. I really wasn't expecting much but the quality and service was great. Much better than the included breakfasts I've had at other hotels in the past.
Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here as it's convenient if you want to stay near Orchard Road, reasonably priced, comfortable, clean and the service is excellent. Keep up the great work!

Greeted to a gorgeous, bright and spaciously renovated lobby upon check in with such warmth and sincerity starting from mahen at the concierge counter offering to take our luggages, ana and kim handling our check in and making feel so welcomed even offering us a great introduction to the property. The room is retrofitted nicely with a pleasant layout and theme giving its namesake #goodvibesonly. Ana and kim made us feel so special by walking us up the room with our luggages making it a really lovely touch to the beginning of our stay. Had lunch at ROOS where thier aussie inspired menu and local delights where very sumptuous and very reasonable in prices for orchard area. Will recommend the singapore laksa and pork fennel orecchiette pasta. 24 hour access pantry for snacks and soft drinks and nespresso machine available in room such a nice touch to our memorable stay. Breakfast was moorish offering ala carte big plates from sourdough toast with scrambles and chorizo sausage to local delights like nasi lemak and even smoked salmon on bagel definitely fueling up your day with such a hearty spread. Will definitely be back for another stay 💯

Had a very good experience and A very homely stay at the Vibe hotel. Staff were very courteous and hospitable. Rooms were cleaned regularly; bathrooms were kept clean and dry, liquid soaps refilled; coffee sachets refilled on a daily basis.

During my recent one-week stay at the hotel in Singapore for business purposes, I was disappointed with certain aspects of my experience. As a long-term resident of Singapore, I was familiar with the hotel's favorable location. However, I found the deluxe room to be spacious with a large king bed, yet the bathroom was quite cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I often had to step outside the bathroom to dry myself without any obstacles.
Furthermore, the breakfast buffet, which had recently been introduced, was disorganized. Items such as bacon were placed in unconventional locations like the cereal stand, while yogurt was found at the salad station. The lack of proper organization made it challenging to navigate the buffet efficiently. Additionally, I observed several waiters congregating in the reception area, engrossed in casual conversations with one another, rather than attending to the needs of the guests.
The gym facilities were another disappointment. It was barely large enough to accommodate two guests, making it inconvenient for those who preferred early morning workouts. This limitation meant that if someone had arrived before me, I had to forgo my exercise routine altogether.
As someone who frequently travels to Singapore for business, spending a week there every month, I am left with no choice but to seek alternative accommodation. I believe there are better options available that prioritize spacious and functional bathrooms, well-organized breakfast buffets, attentive staff, and more adequately sized gym facilities.

loved the overall experience with Vibe ,most I would like to share my experience on the services , the stuffs are friendly and professional . the room is clean and comfy too . when you travel for business , the location and the tidiness of the room makes a huge difference for me, I love how it is located at the center of the city and the room is really cosy , the best part of my stay will be the bed that allows me to have a good night sleep after a long day.

First and foremost, very friendly and helpful staff - which really makes or breaks a good stay. They never hesitated to smile and say hi, help us with a request, or just make our stay as comfortable as possible.
The room was a bit small, but being Singapore, I would say it is definitely value for money given the location and the price of other accommodations nearby. Close to Orchard shopping and food enabled us to go and find what we needed without worrying too much about transport and/or the weather which seemed to be unusually rainy this time around.
The pool was quiet, comfortable and a good place to rest and relax. Didn't have the chance to eat there for breakfast or any meals, but looked like a good experience there as well.

We decided to try out the CNY set menu at ROOS, and was mindblown by how amazing the food was!! We got the Double Happiness Lunar New Year Set Menu, an 8 course menu priced at SGD$98++. Each dish was plated individually with much care and the quality of each dish was superb too!
My favourites were definitely the double boiled supreme chicken soup, the steamed white cod fillet and the pan-fried king prawn with salted egg yolk!
The quality of each dish exceed all our expectations, and our stomachs were exploding from happiness before the desserts were served! The set menu was definitely value for money.
We would love to be back every CNY for the Lunar New Year special! Special shout-out to Zhi Hao, Chef Nelson and team for taking care of us during this dinner!
