Travelodge Harbourfront delights many with its strategic location near Sentosa and VivoCity, and its inviting atmosphere, complete with modern design and romantic fairy lights, is a hit among guests. While the cleanliness of the hotel is frequently praised, opinions on the value and rooms vary, with some guests finding the rooms lacking in space and noise insulation.
The service receives commendations for friendliness but has room for improvement in consistency. The hotel's amenities, including a gym, are seen as convenient, though not without their critiques.

Detailed Reviews
My family of four stayed in two Sentosa facing twin rooms for five nights. The hotel is fairly new with modern conveniences. It has an excellent location, directly across the street from the Vivo City Mall (one of the best and biggest in Singapore). It also has easy access to Sentosa Island via the free monorail. Although the rooms are compact, even by Asian standards, they are well designed and functional with separate toilet, shower and sink. The beds were comfortable with high end duvet and linens. The rooms had all the amenities; smart large TV, hair dryer, refrigerator, hot water maker, safety box, fast free WiFi and lots of USB outlets. Nice swimming pool and great roof-top bar for evening drinks. Elevators were very fast. Breakfast was very minimal and average, so we opted to eat at the food court in the basement of the Vivo City Mall which had lots of choices. The fitness center was not finished yet. The only negative was the rooms facing Sentosa Island were very noisy all the time due to the outside noise from the 12 lanes of traffic that intersect in front of the hotel. We would stay there again, but book rooms on the back side.

We were only staying one night on our way home to Australia after a cruise and wanted to be near Vivo and Sentosa without the expense of Sentosa hotels. This hotel is perfectly located for both and is a lot more affordable. We are a family of 4 so we had to book 2 rooms. They couldn't give us interconnecting rooms, which wasn't the end of the world. I was worried about noise as the hotel is located right at the Sentosa bridge intersection, but I had the best sleep of our holiday at this hotel, which was a nice surprise. The rooms are small but have everything you need. The bathroom is not a separate room. There is a shower and toilet separated by opaque glass, so not overly private, but no problem for one night. Vivo Shopping centre is a very short walk which allows you to walk to Sentosa or take the train. All very easy and of course the shopping at Vivo is great!! So many shops to choose from. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

Pros
Great location, at great price, great view.
Reception and housekeeping were friendly and nice people. Thumbs up.
Cons
Wifi does not work half the time.
Traffic noise was bad, sleep quality wasn't good.
Mostly under renovation, other than the rooms, the hotel had no other amenities.
Can't plug in your own hdmi devices and immediately expecting it to work.
Technical issues I faced.
Some wall plugs don't have power.
One in-room light was flickering.
Shower room was poorly-lit.
Toilet bidet spray was spraying water, without pressing down on trigger.
Toilet room door had wide gaps, and cannot be locked.
Again, Wifi does not work half the time.

From check in till 5pm you can expect non stop drilling and cleanliness of the room really quite bad......... room size quite small for 200 dollars a night. Would recommend other hotels around the area and I won't be back.

All in all not a pleasant experience. Staff were unfriendly, problems with hot water, room had a damp musty smell and the supposed unlimited mini bar only consisted of a couple bottles of water and two soft drinks. Definitely not what we were expecting. While the bed was clean and comfortable the wet areas were less than clean. The one great point though was the location.

Wonderful experience at the Travelodge as always. This is my 3rd weekend stay and the staff are very helpful, cheerful and always available to assist. Although the entrance to the reception was under renovation but the signage to direct travelers to the correct location is spot-on.
The room is cleaned and water bottles provided. The bed and pillows are just as comfortable as the stay itself.
Thanks and I’m sure to visit Travlelodge again in future.

Overall a lovely experience. The premium queen room is cosy, though not much walkspace if you don't mind. TV comes with YouTube, complimentary coffee tea. Just FYI, the toilet and shower share a single sliding door so either one can be used at a time.

We stayed here for 3 nights recently. The room is big enough for us, clean and we had everything we needed. It wasn't too noisy during the day as we were told that the hotel is undergoing upgrading work well before we booked the room. What really amazed us was the hotel staff members there... all of them were extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to the team for making us feel welcome and being taken care of.
The location is perfect, Vivocity, a huge mall is just opposite with lots of food options, supermarkets, telco, banks etc. If you want to have very cheap local food, Im Seah hawker center is just 5 minutes walking distance. We had our breakfast there everyday after morning walks up to the hill behind the hotel.
In summary, we are very happy with our stay, good value for money at such a strategic location.

The hotel was currently under renovation. Hacking and drilling sound could be heard but it was very minimal and didnt affect my family at all as we were outside most of the time and be back to the hotel only in the evening.
I booked a triple deluxe room but was happy to know that I was a given juniour suite with additional single bed. Such a pleasant surprised esp. for my kids as they love the round the bath tub. The swimming pool was closed due covid-19 safety measurement so the bathtub was an alternative waterplay place for them.
The hotel is locate near to VivoCity and a walking distance to Seah Imm Food Centre so not a problem to find food thou the hotel’s restaurant was also closed due to renovation. We were informed of the closure of carpark a day before and was given $10 grab voucher.
Staff were friendly and helpful. A simple hotel great for a simple family staycation.
Will definitely come again in 2021 and hopefully to get the new renovated Family Suite room.

+1
Booked a night stay at the hotel via the traveloka website using the SRV vouchers.
Check in process is a breeze.
Room while small is good and decent size for one person stay.
Like the fact that the aircon is not centralized as it allows guests to adjust the temperature according to personal preference.
The downside is the faulty bathroom door, as it can't be closed entirely.
But since I'm staying in the room alone, with the main door to the hotel room locked I can overlook the faulty bathroom door
Although, I have to say the water from the shower isn't hot enough.
Especially since the bathroom door is faulty, cold air from the room keep seeping through the gap of the bathroom door as it couldn't be shut completely... The warm water from the shower isn't hot enough to fend off the cold air and thus I was shivering throughout the entire time I was in the shower.
Other than that, I have got no complaints about the room that I'm staying in.
