My friend and i stayed at a 10 mixed type dorm at this place and my stay was super! Staff are accommodating and the room was very clean as well as the Men's bathroom. Highly recommended as it is also near Bugis MRT station.

Love the place very convenient great staff very clean right in the heart of things. Great air-conditioning necessary for Singapore's humid weather. Bus 980 across the street takes you directly to little India for great Indian food. 5$sgd for Indian rice. Nasi biryani local lingo.

After feeling from another crappy hostel we arrived to the Five Stones Hostel. It has a great location, you are able to walk to a lot of places or take public transport. The common area is really comfy and most of the people who stay there is really young. It is worth the money you pay for sure.

My boyfriend and I booked a private room for a three-night stay. I have to say we were very disappointed with this place. The private room was very small, the price was not worthy for that type of accommodation. We are skinny people but we still felt there was no space in the room. The paint on the floor came...

I always recommend this hostel whenever a friend would ask me where to stay in Singapore. Though I've only stayed to two hostels in Singapore, this one is really the best. I also asked my other friends about their opinions on the hostels they've stayed in; and either they weren't satisfied or they were disappointed. This is a very cute...

Value for money. Clean. Secure. Great location. Just beside Haji Lane where there are a lot of great shops and restaurants to see. Decent walk to Chinatown MRT, which is the best way to get around SG. Free bfast is a choice between a good variety of breads, spreads and cereals. The hallways and stairways were hot. There was a...

Nice hostel and clean. Stayed in the 8 bed female dorm with locker. The dorm is quite packed, but sufficient and comfortable for a short stay. Ear plugs are free at the reception. Simple breakfast is provided, cereal and toast.

Stayed 4 nights at Five Stones. The dorm was clean, bright and nice. The common area was nice with a tv and movies, games and such. Breakfast was included and consisted of cereal, toast and nutella, more or less. Not the best, but still nice that it was included. The hostel is on beach road, within walking distance of supermarkets,...

I just stayed for one night between flights and had a 2 person room. The location is very good. the room smelled moldy and humid. The toilets and showers are on another floor. The shower and toilets were far from clean and although they have a no shoe policy inside the hostel, the floor were quiet dirty to walk on....

We booked a double room, but most rooms are dormitories, when we were there there were a wide variety of nationalities, including our (Portugal), most of them younger then us. The hostel is spread over two floors, one of them with a simple reception just outside the elevator, lounge and dining area, 2 double bedrooms, space to washing machines and...

Singapore's best and friendliest hostel! With each of our rooms featuring interesting designs, Five Stones Hostel gives Singapore cultural elements a refreshing new lease of life.
