Hi! There is no upper age limit but as a backpackers hostel, you may be accommodated on an upper bunk bed if all the lower bunks are taken.

There's no 24HR shuttle bus but have 24 HR taxi service at Changi Airport. Please kindly use the information counter at the airport. Yes there are personal lockers in the room and the hostel counter will give you the key... More
