Worst experience during our stay from 12th July 2016 to 14thJuly2016. Rooms are dirty and full of cockroaches and no response from the staff while complaining.Front office staffs are rude.N No positive reply from the staffs while enquiring something and they try to avoid and behaviour is like that we are staying free of cost.

Comfortable stay with all pleasant services with in-house restaurant Indian food for Indian tourists. Good Indian environment is present in the lobby as well outside the hotel that has nearby temples, Indian restaurants, market shops with Indian fruits and vegetables for self use. Good courteous staff and prompt room service and daily cleaning the room to our satisfaction is added...

Staff is really very rude. They didn't even ready to pick our luggage. At both the check in and check out time they said there is no bell men. So we had to carry our luggage our self twice. Also very bad experience at breakfast, We wanted Jain food. We already informed the reception counter a day before. They said...

The rooms are tiny and unclean, staff is EXTREMELY rude. We called the room service to clean up the mess that accidentally happened in our room and the person on phone said "you do the mess, you clean it". Never expected this from a person in "hospitality" industry. Would never recommend this to anyone. Save yourselves please!

Though not a great location easy access to some average shopping area. Cleanliness needs improvement. The lady staff on duty on 8th July 2016 in the breakfast area was very rude. Our experience was 15 minutes before 0700 am

Rooms were not clean. There are even cockroaches. Beds are very old. Food is also horrible. Location is good and near to mustafa center.. Overall not happy with the stay. Some photos attached. Looks like this hotel has tie up with tour operators, better avoid if you are looking for a decent stay.

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
