Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Had my flowers delivered over to surprise my gf. And yes, its the room i believed is pre check-in and my flowers are inside ! Lovely ! Fridge is provided and is big enough to chill afew bottles of wine. I had a bottle of BB Moscato in it. The bed and pillow is super comfy. The toilet and showering area is slightly smaller than we thought.Will head back again for another staycation. The aircon does not cool down the room well, the technician says its centralised, they cannot do anything about it.

The hotel is in a very well connected area. They have breakfast as well if you book it. The reception and overall all the staffs are very courtagious and helpful. They stored my luggage after checkout for the whole day for free and also provided a shower room for an hour for free when I came to pickup the luggage. They provided free bottles of water as many as you request them. There is a restaurant next to the hotel which stays open till 3am and provides good food so you have nothing to worry if you miss to have your dinner before the other restaurants are closed.
I would definitely give a Thumps Up for this hotel and would love to see people stay there and provide great feedbacks.

The staff in the recepción was extremely polite and helpful. Rooms are very small even the superior. They provided us with an iron and ironing bord when requested and the were into small details such us a tooth brush and paste.
Breakfast is served in a lovely cafe next door.

The best thing about this hotel is the location, walking distance to Orchard Road, buses, MRT and National Museum, food court and money changer across the road. Apart from that, its rather average: reception is efficient but not that welcoming, some rooms are facing another building and are quite dark. Our family room had 3 beds on roughly 9 square metres, no space to open a suitcase or for all three of us to walk around at the same time. A bit too squishy even for Singapore standards.

Very convenient hotel for Little India, Bugis and the Art Museum. Also Orchard Road. Pleasant and efficient desk staff and a very helpful room attendant on the ninth floor. Clean room, efficient shower, wifi in the room. Our stay included breakfast which is taken at the next door cafe, opening at 6.30 am. There is a good selection of foods but it gets very busy after 8.00 am. There’s a safe in the room and the air con was efficient, much needed in Singapore.

I had a short stay with 1.5 days in SG, and picked this hotel. It was quite convenient.
The room is small, and I could barely open 1 big suitcase, I have a 9 yrs old kid with me, so the room is ok, bet 2 big adults may be tight.
All other amenities are fine, and front desk was very helpful, since I forgot to bring my type A cable cord, I called to front desk, and they arrived in3 mins with the cable, it ended up as a gift to customer.
The restroom is small also, and somehow the shower door didn’t close properly therefore to prevent water split out, which the floor towel is completely wet after our shower. And to reduce the waste, they put a bit bottle of soap and shampoo in shower place instead of giving out those small disposable shampoos/ shower gel, which it is fine to me.
The major downside are all walls between rooms May b thin and no sound proof, when ppl talked loud in corridor, we could hear it very well, and it was noisy. I m a person very easy to wake up, so I woke up a few times coz of talking noise.

We had an amazing time in Singapore, based at the Hotel Mi. Quite central, easily walkable around the city and very safe location. We were thrilled with these elements. Hotel was taking all precautions for the coronavirus i.e. temperature checks upon entry and additional disinfectings. Rooms are very small, however. We had two suitcases and could only open one at a time. I would not recommend the balcony room as we didnt even use this space. It is better to have this floor area within the room. Breakfast was basic, but nice and convenient. The staff were incredible from doormen, to reception staff, to cleaning personnel. Nora was very accommodating when we were leaving with bag storage, late checkout and arranging airport transfers. The staff truly could not do enough for the guests. I would say that it is a little expensive for the size of the rooms.

Incredible service of the hotel, we got another blanket delivered to our room at 24:00, when we asked for it. Furthermore after our checkout in the evening (~22:00 and keeping in mind checkout was at 11:00) were able to take a shower in an unoccupied room, prior to leaving to the airport. Besides that the rooms are functional and have everything you need however they are nothing special. The location of the hotel is good and close to a metro station as well as several bus stops, getting you to anywhere in the city quickly. All in all a great hotel for a city trip, would go to this hotel again for sure.

You could try directly phoning them or even better
Try look them up on Booking com or Agoda they are usually the best for direct email to the hotel, but I’m not sure if you haven’t booked through them ..

Hi! I booked this hotel through Expedia and did not pay anything extra upon arrival or departure. I hope this helps!
MRT gets you pretty close - you can change lines at Expo station to the Downtown (blue) line and ride about half an hour to Bencoolen station. Because Bencoolen is the deepest MRT station, I don't think anyone would be mad if you took the elevator to the ticketing concourse.
To get around, there's also Bras Basah MRT round the corner from Food Republic or you could take the bus at the bus stop outside Rendezvous Hotel. One of those buses would get you where you want to go.
