We went on a staycation for 3 days and 2 nights. I've always wanted to try it out when passing the area. The outside looks nice, especially at night with the reflection on the river and all. It's a very small boutique hotel, with some heritage aspect to it, but that's a little overhyped and not much is left of it I think. The best part of the hotel was friendly and helpful staff, and the famous bar downstairs that has quality drinks and a pleasant atmosphere. Hotels in Singapore are generally over priced and I understand, but I think for what we got, it wasn't very worth it. A few downsides were that while we booked the "river view" "loft room" with an extra price, the river was green/gray colored so not very pleasant to see, and that the loft room was just a small high ceiling room, with no stairs or anything. We first thought we had gotten the wrong room - there aren't any pictures of this room on the website so that was a bit confusing but apparently you have to book the Mezzanine. Also there was no bath tub, which was disappointing for the price we'd paid. I'd recommend taking the cheaper rooms, if not the Mezzanine. There's some accumulated dust here and there in the room as well, especially in the bathroom area, so it wasn't speck-less I'd say. It bothered me a little, especially during these times when we'd expect they would clean the whole place thoroughly after any stay. The swimming pool is on top of the building, but since it's only 3 floors up, the surrounding condos and buildings can all see you in the pool, which wasn't quite relaxing. I'd rather not waste time visiting the pool while staying. There's plenty to eat nearby, and a stroll around the area near the waters is recommendable. The breakfast was good quality, but most of the items seemed to be heavy on salt. Again, I think the branding is well thought out and the staff were amazing, but the actual level of cleanness or facilities didn't match the price.…
Really enjoyed our 3D2N stay in riverview room at the hotel. Service was excellent regardless where we were - dining in Po Restaurant, chilling at the bar or checking in/out. Would definitely recommend our friends to plan a staycation there! Location was great with many restaurants and cafes around. We can even rent bicycles to cycle around the area. Room was clean and cosy. However, we can hear people chatting and jogging just outside along the river late at night and early in the morning as we are on the first level.
Visited the bar at the Warehouse hotel lobby to try out some cocktails with friends last thursday. Cosy place & the lighting creates a relaxed ambience. Special thanks to Syafiq for taking the time to recommend suitable cocktails to our taste buds despite being busy managing the bar alone. Overall, we had a pleasant time & will definitely visit again!
My first experience when I checked in was first class. The room itself was really comfortable and amenities and mini bar was top class. Due to Covid, all my meals were delivered and were delicious! After I received my negative Covid result, I was allowed outside and immediately took one of the hotel provide bikes for ride along the river. I also used the pool daily and although it was a little small, it was a great setting.
Given it is a boutique hotel, it is quaint and you don't feel rushed staying here. Service staff is very attentive and nice row of pubs and restaurants right behind for a nice meal. Parking is free but very limited.
