My family and I stayed at the triple room for four days. It had a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was big enough for three people. The service was great as all the attendants' behavior was very friendly (except one) and helpful. The only thing I missed was the availability of a refrigerator. Our room had a hair...

Hotel is quite compact but well maintained, clean and calm. We liked the room design and room facilities. It has got almost everything needed in a small yet neatly arranged room. Aircon is all over and the hotel is totally noiseless. What made us little unhappy is that there is no room service, no intercom in the room and no...

There wasn´t anything I particularly liked about this hotel but the location was good and the price wasn´t very expensive. I only chose it because of its price. The staff members I spoke to at the reception desk were pretty helpful and the room was OK. No breakfast served at the hotel. It´s a good hotel for one or two...

We only stayed one night before flying out of Changi, however the hotel was just what we needed. It's located on the edge of Little India and is a 20/25 minute walk away from the waters edge. Very close to queen street bus terminal if you're getting a bus in/out of Singapore, and only a 5 minute walk away from...

The rooms are small to start with. However we did not spend much time in the hotel and went just to put our luggage and during sleep time. The hotel is conveniently located with bus stop, cabs and the MRT at walk-able distance. The hotel will meet the needs of a budget traveler and has no luxurious facilities.

This hotel is well located, close to Bugis junction and little India. I stayed in a twin room rather small and in need of upgrade. Basic accommodation with no frills. It is strongly recommended that the hotel provide their guests with a fridge in the room, especially in a warm country like Singapore. Good for 1-2 nights stay, not suitable...

The room was VERY small, and DIRTY! It was dusty and I could find strings of hair everywhere on the room floor. Disgusting! Not suitable for family with children! The size of the room is just super small! I was traveling with 2 young children. The receptionist forced us to add an extra bed for a child over 8 years...

Staying in Little India

Neighbourhood Profile
Little India
With a strong local Indian community, this pocket of Singapore can feel like another place and time. Wander past traditional barbershops while local residents in brightly coloured saris patronize retailers from decades past. Peruse streets lined with colourful shops as the aroma of curry tempts you to indulge. Listen to the Bollywood music echoing from storefronts and take in the stalls selling bright flowers, fabrics, and spices. At the 24-hour, four-level Mustafa Shopping Centre, you can shop through the night and find everything from pharmacy and grocery items to Bollywood DVDs and diamond necklaces. Singapore’s Little India offers a colourful, lively taste of the subcontinent and is well worth the visit.
