Stayed here during december 2017 booked the biggest room next to the pool. Room was spacious, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. There were also 2 TVs. One in the main bedroom and one in the living which had a lot of channels. Room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing, always had a range of different foods every morning. There was one particular dish that I wanted to know where to get from and one of the staff offered to get it for me from the markets (thank you very much)
Staff were also amazing, everyone was so helpful. They picked us up and drop us off from and to the airport, the fee was a bit expensive but we had a guide and private transport to take us to and from the hotel. Our guide also helped us with our luggage. The front reception was very friendly, when our tour (booked from different company) forgot to picked us up, they went ahead and contacted them for us.

Location wise, it is a 3 minute walk from the beach, which is perfect for us because the beach can get crowded and loud at night. Minimart, a food court and a laundry service is located next to the hotel.

The only problem I had with this hotel is that our wifi did not work inside our room and had to go out and go near the pool to get a signal (but cant really blame then; philippines internet is bad to start with)

It was excellent from reservation down to the floor staff. Rooms was cozy, clean and tidy, bellman and front office staff are so friendly and attentive and always wear a genuine smile that filipinos are known for the great hospitality and boracay tropics nailed it. This resort is a must stay in boracay and surely will stay here again for my next boracay trip. To the management and staff thank you for making may vacation a memorable one.

It has been a great experience to have stay in Boracay Tropics Resort. Its a place where nature is part of the experience. The serene and rainforest like setup of the whole resort makes it more memorable, as well as the buffet food served (during breakfast) and the restaurant itself is also a thumbs up. Staffs were all so friendly, the whole place were so amazing you wouldn't even thought you are not in the Philippines. Such a great experience.

Recently stayed here and from check in to check out I cannot fault this hotel and the staff are awesome, infact I would say they are the most polite and friendliest hotel staff I have ever met, nothing is to much trouble. We received a room upgrade to one of the best rooms in the hotel and very impressed, clean and comfortable overlooking the pool area. The breakfast is buffet style and plentiful, freshly cooked bacon and eggs everyday brought to your table by the staff without even asking from 2nd day onwards. The hotel is located only 300 metres to the beachfront, I will certainly be staying here again when Boracay opens up in 6 months.

The Best Western has managed to retain its authenticity by keeping a low profile and preserving the beautiful garden full of trees. Considering that Boracay is already flooded by the mass tourism, and the hotels have compromised its quality by decreasing the room space, I have to take off a hat to this establishment and give them a high five for sticking to its philosophy. I would give it 5/5 for the room quality and comfort. unfortunately, the breakfast is below average considering the hotel rating.Hence 4/5 star.
Thank Zuki D
