We stayed at Bale Mi for 7 nights during our time in Boracay. This is a great little place, the rooms are clean and spacious and the staff are (mostly) very friendly and understanding. The only incident we had at Bale Mi was on the second to last night, the rain was so heavy that it managed to work it's...

Upon a recommendation of a few well-traveled friends I took part of the family and friends to stay at the Bale Mi Hotel while staying at Boracay. Getting to Boracay proved to be a challenge as our airline got us there 6.5 hours later than expected. We had made our travel reservations through Bale Mi and they made sure to...

The room was clean. A/c and hot water were working fine. Around 15mins walk to the D mall. Staff could speak english. Check in and out was easy. Note that the toilet is open concept. No doors, only curtains.

A hidden gem that you'd walk past to and from Bulabog beach and never know. A great getaway from the hustle and bustle that can be Boracay while being in the heart of the kitesurfing scene. Large and comfortable rooms stylishly appointed. Friendly and welcoming.

Stayed here a few nights and have to say I really liked the place. Good, nice, and comfy beds. Clean room. I saw a few reviewers writing about damp and smelly rooms on the ground floor. Well I stayed on 2 occasions in two different rooms both ground floor and I experienced none of that, so they must have fixed...

Bale Mi is definitely one of the best boutique hotels on the island - clean, spacious rooms, you can sleep like a baby. The lounge area is so cozy that you can hang out there all day. But of course you need to take a bit of 10minute walking to the white beach. The location is perfect if you want...

We left early from Bale Mi due to a number of reasons. Mostly because of the overwhelming smell of damp within the room - we were on a ground floor. The windows to the rear are made up of part mosquito wire (to keep them out ) which is good however this lets a lot of noise in. The 2am...

As the island of Boracay continues its downward trend, you can anticipate that more poorly built and one when poorly built & maintained properties, overpriced at that, will continue to appear. Every ounce of space near White Beach and now Bulabog as well, is being devoured by greed and a rush to drain every possible tourist dollar with little or...

Excellent room physically with friendly staff. No wifi in the room forcing guest to go out to the common area which is an outdoor exposed bar area. And that wifi is super slow. Further, it is a very long walk to the main beach and to get there one has to stumble over a road that is broken up into...
