Upon arrival, the room I was given was able to be opened from the outside when locked, with virtually minimal force. I was then given a room on the top floor so I then proceeded to take my luggage up 3 flights of stairs, I checked the lock and it worked but found leftover food and bugs inside the unplugged... Excellent value for money considering you're staying in Station 1 -- right next door to Kasbah -- one of Boracay's renowned restaurants, and Discovery Shores! If you're looking for relative peace and quiet in this beautiful island and you don't want to sell off your arm and leg for a view, One Azul is your best bet. I also need... More

The location is great for the reason that One Azul and Discovery Shores shares the same stretch of sand of station 1 where sand is as white as milk and as powdery as polvoron. The location is not accessible for people who do not want to walk under the scorching heat of the sun and the sands, because it is... More

Absolutely worth it. The location is prime, just steps away from the better part of white beach. It's not exactly beach front, but that's an easily forgivable detail. Getting to the hotel is quite a challenge - make sure to have a guide with you to avoid confusion (either c/o the hotel or Southwest tours). The room is small but... More

We were happy about one azul even though it lacks beachview as it is located just by the beach. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is located in a beatiful and quiet part of white beach just next to the great resturant Kasbah. Breakfast was good. Great value for money!

Pros: The hotel is affordable, and they are situated between Discovery and Ambassador so the beach view and access is very good. They are also located away from the busy and crowded part of Station 1 so if you're the type that wants a little peace and quiet for an affordable price, then this is the place to go. The... More

This property says it's located besides discover shores but we made a mistake of getting of DS as they have no access and it took us a couple of minutes to ask and figure out which way to go and I've been to Boracay more than 10times so it was a bit frustrating to walk in broad day light with... Quiet part of island which was nice. This place could be a lot better. Housekeeping came at 5pm one day and on our last day not at all. To access this hotel you have to walk on the beach as there is no road outside the hotel. It's a good 5 minutes on sand. Towels were very old. Bathroom was... More

There was a little confusion with Azul Boracay which is not in beachfront but luckily we were still able to find One Azul. We first thought if it was the right way going there when we were dropped on a very small passage way enough for 2people to pass, but yes again it is the right way! =D Actually you... More

One Azul is located in station 1, right beside Discovery Shores. The room is very cozy. Simple but relaxing. The staff are also accommodating and they were nice enough to let us check out late because our flight back to Manila was at 11pm. If you will go to Boracay to party, I wouldn't recommend the place. The hotel is... More
