No frills, budget place to stay. The rooms in the annex building are about 3 min walk to the beach (station 2). Close to d'mall and lots of food choices. Our 3rd flr room had a balcony but did not face the beach. It came with free breakfast that's served in-room. The food wasnt the best and wifi didnt reach... More

Positive Reviews: The room we booked was spacious enough for the three of us. It can accommodate up to 5 people actually. The staffs were accommodating. Negative Reviews: Internet and cable TV is not functioning well. You cannot even update your Facebook or receive emails. There were mosquitoes in the room. They forgot to clean our room although we requested... More

A very budget friendly guest house in Boracay, stayed at the third floor of their annex building, I consider our room spacious for 2 people and I think it can still accommodate 2 or 3 more, has a queen sized bed, mini ref, water heater, safe box and daily breakfast for 2 which you have options either for room service... We stayed here for 4days3nights. Our room is located in their annex building, their 2nd building. Location: Near the beach. Station 2. Real coffee is 1 of the closest landmark. Close to d'mall. Note: Going here is kinda hard since its a long walk from the main road to the location. The rain made it more difficult for us to... More

Tans Guesthouse was more than what I expected. I reserved all rooms possible in the main building through email and they respond quickly to all my emails. The... More

This is our second time to stay here in Tans. Our first is last 2014 and now (Sept 3-6). I could say that the price still cheap compared to other accommodation in station 2 and near the white beach. I could say that I'm a bit disappointed when someone texted me 1 day before our flight that the room Tans... More

Near the beach! Just 3 minutes walk. Very comfy rooms and friendly staff! The rates are very affordable! They also offer meals but it's not included in the room rate. Overall, it's a great place to stay. It is just in station 2 which is convenient to everything that you need!

Stayed here for two nights. Booked a room with a big bed. When we got there, they offered us a room with separate double beds. We took it anyway. It was fine. Just a couple of nights as an interim check-in before we went on to a proper hotel, anyway. But then as soon as you check out, no one... More
