Don't stay here for any reason. The wallpaper is peeling off, the bed is very thin foam on plywood frame, the rooms are tiny, dark and cramped. The ceiling and floors are warped and falling apart. The doors have to be forced open and closed with brute strength. Even the front door of the 'hotel' won't open enough to get...

Staff is nice, price seems fair at first but a lot of care is needed regarding cleanliness: floor is dirty, very dirty below the bed, many spider webs, wardrobe too dirty to be used. Breakfast is below average. It is a shame ...

we were here 3 years ago and the place was still very new. we went back last july 2015 from our El Nido trip and we were shocked that the place was not well maintained. at night, there was no front desk officer, just the guard. the place is not well lit, dirty floors, unkempt rooms. it was like it...

Lack of cleanliness in the bathroom. Disgusting. Very nice clerks but it didn't work well. No early breakfast as agreed and late transportation for the airport. Nice and cosy place but it needs a lot of improvement

Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and we really enjoyed Palawan because of the helpful staff like Ms. LJ and Eunice the 2 kindly receptionist. Who help us also to get a big discount for our tour and i could say I'm satisfied for all the accommodations you've made. Thank you guys. I will see you again in...

Stayed with a group of 6 and booked the Family Room with loft. Room was actually nice and neat. Staff was friendly and more than willing to go the extra mile with every request. The place is near the airport and the main junction. It is beside Balinsasayaw restaurant and 500m away from Kalui or Bona's restaurant. Breakfast was okay....

we arrived late from el nido trip, it was almost midnight. tired of long travel we got into our room real quick. it was more or less wide bed, the most important but there was a part of the wall near the WC that annoyed me. a molded decor was detached and if you're not careful enough while done from...

Honestly, the ambiance looks relaxing. But when we entered the room, towel railing on the restroom was broken. They didn't even bother to give us toiletries (toothbrush & toothpaste), aside from a 2 sachets of shampoo & 2 soaps, knowing that we will stay for 4days and 3 nights. We availed the Tour Package, but Honda Bay Tour wasn't that...

Very basic amenities but what I liked was that they offered airport transfers and package tours. The room was just right although the bathroom door needs replacement already. Breakfast is only enough to sustain your hunger while on the road.

We were given a room with a broken lock. The receptionist and room attendants were nice but were not very eager to help - the type that would avoid guests. They serve really poor breakfast of just toast and egg and instant coffee, the hot water not even that hot. We're most disappointed that we did not get the value...
