Pros: - Clean, spacious rooms. With a veranda, small dining area and sink outside to entertain guests. - Cool place. Breezy during summer. - Arranges El Nido tours through contacts. - Friendly staff. - Located along the main road, around 10 minutes' walk to Bacuit Bay. Lots of restaurants within the vicinity. Cons: - Bathroom amenities are a bit old...

After one month traveling in the Philippines I've learnt not to expect Filipino-style hostels to have many things that we take for granted in the West: daily room cleaning service, hot water, flushing toilets, a separate shower space, a dry bathroom floor, WC cover (therefore, a dry WC), toiletries, an upper sheet, bug-free spaces, a thick matress and pillow, strong...

its a cheap place to stay. a walking distance from the sea where the boats are located. also you can ask for the owner to borrow their things for cooking at a certain price but really affordable if you go on a family or barkada trips because you can go to the market and buy cheap seafood.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The room is good for 3 but we're a group of 4 so we just paid for an extra bed. We paid Php 1,800/night. Room is okay for its price. They got thin linens and blankets. The room is quite dark because of the color of the native materials used (plus the bulbs are...

For 900pHp a night it was perfect, we walked in and booked the day before to move from a different hotel. The "cottages" woven huts were very cute to look at, inside basic but what you need, a bed, a toilet and a fan. It's not a 5 star hotel so don't expect that. Enjoy chilling outside on the balcony...

Maybe I'm a little harsh with my review here, but I feel that this place don't really deserve 3,5 stars and that's why I give them 2. If you don't care about how clean the places you stay in are, then this might be an option. But to me it was just too dirty. The toilet smelled really bad and...

We'd been recommended this place by friends who paid 500php per night during low season. We ended up paying 800php as we were there in peak season - El Nido is generally more expensive than other places on Palawan but this was overpriced for what it was. Bamboo walls of the hut were very thin and the bathroom was dirty...

We spent a few days here in september, our expectations weren't high, which was a good thing. You wont be staying in your room anyway so It's good for a touchbase point for your island hopping, night partying or inner city tour since it's smack right at the center of town which could be a bit of a disadvantage too...

Room was quite small and dark, we had a nice outside area which was good for drying stuff after island tours. Tours through the front desk were expensive, quoted 1400p for a tour we got for 1000p, and weren't very helpful in letting us know how to get water refills. If you can check out Mam Olsen's place nearby, only...

We expected it to be somewhere quiet but it is just off the common road. Anyway, it was okay for us. The room we got was at a new building and it was facing the road. It might be too noisy at night but we were too tired to notice. They helped us book a massage service and other things....
