Worst stay for a 3k per night. Very poor service. Everything are all substandard.. Water is browish. No power in the middle of the night and the generator works only for fans. Worst, worst & worst. Could have not made this review but for the price of 3k, its a steal!

This was the worst hotel I've stayed at. My family had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights, but when we arrived we were told our rooms were no longer available due to their system accidentally overbooking. We were moved instead to another resort location called Secret Hotel. No hot water, insects everywhere, mattresses on the floor - within an hour...

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in december. The room was clean and basic, however the bathroom had a window next to the shower that could be seen into and the sink dripped onto the floor underneath. We kept having to ask for loo roll and they didn't tell us we had to hand in the key for...

Some staff are very nice and funny but some are rude. Flies and ants are found in the room. Room is not cleaned on a daily basis. No TV or fridge and you have to pay extra to get hot water. Though it's one of the cheapest hotels available in El Nido. It's good if you're in a very tight...

The staffs are friendly & funny. Clean facilities..(that's the most important!). I guess there's no problem with the staff as long as you know how to deal with them.. just a little complain to the breakfast they serve, too small serve..hehe I enjoyed our stay there.. i will be back El Nido!!

This hotel was terrible , none of the staff spoke any English ? They never smiled . Our room was only cleaned every two days? Everytime we left our room they turned the aircon off so everytime we arrived back , the guard would follow us up the stairs and switch it back on from another room ? No tv...

Like everything in El Nido you don't get what you pay for when it comes to hotels. Upon checking in they didn't have the room we had booked through agoda the rooms were very simple prices are too much for what you get. Even though we were far from El nido proper the peopl made our stay and that's why...

Stay away from this hotel please. We have booked our room since January 2016 but on the day of arrival we were surprised that they actually gave our room to walk-ins! What's more is that they made us stay in a very small room (6 of us) with very poor ventilation and with no windows. We were promised to be...

we planned to stay here for a week but moved to El Nido the next day. If you are ok with basic commodities its ok to stay here. The rooms were clean and well made up. Some soap in the shower but if you need shampoo you better bring. I agree with the other reviews : only stay if you...
