Tribal Hills is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed. Of course you cannot compare it to a five-star hotel, but for the price you pay, the view and the balcony of the room, the service they render, I can't ask for more. The location is a bit inconvenient as it is on a hill, but they provide shuttle service...

My girlfriend and I have just finished our stay at Tribal Hills. We spent 3days and 2 nights here. We rang the hotel on arrival to white beach, and were guided to the pick up point. The shuttle was already there waiting. The hotel is about 5mins drive from white beach. 2 ladies at the desk were helpful and warm....

So my wife and I arrive using a tricycle from the port area on white beach. Relatively close, but the trike driver charged us Php150. For this distance where we are from this would be a Php 40-50. To add to that, the trike didn't take us to the resort. We were dropped at the bottom of the hill to...

I stayed here with my friend on a weekday this December. I am hoping it is off season during the days we were there. Why? So it can explain the lack of professionalism of the workers. Room itself is big for 2pax. Even if you add another adult in the room, it is still big. I hope they can add...

We booked 3 rooms for my wife and I and other family members. The children loved the pool area. You get great views of the mountains behind and the sea in front. We ate in the restaurant and the food was really good quality. Some of the best chicken I've had in the Philippines. The food did take a little...

We thank this guest for the positive review. We apologise for the extra charge at Coral Gardens, this is in fact a charge levied with the approval of the local tourism office but, for the information of incoming guests, it is not mandatory. The water at Coral Gardens is too shallow for the larger banca to get on top of...

Spent 3 nights with my wife and 3 of her family members at this great mountain resort. We'd rented the penthouse, and it was excellent. Modern, comfy and with all amenities. It occupies a full floor, 110 sqm, and has a huge balcony with mountain views. At about €100 per night for 5 people, I also think it's cheap considering...

Stayed here with friends. We booked 5 rooms. We we're assisted by Tribal Hills from the time we arrived at the port, up to the day we checked out and back to the port. Throughout our stay, they've prepared all our tasty meals and even planned our activities. Gotta love that service! I hope all resorts are like that. They even...

This hotel has a spectacular view......but that's it. It is a long tricycle ride to the hotel. Once I arrived at the lobby I was not offered water, I opened my in room mini-fridge only to find that it was empty and unplugged. The food is "HORRIBLE" , everything is tasteless, overcooked or comes out of a can. You feel...

We thank this guest for her review. A couple of observations from our side. The reviewer refers to a 'long tricycle ride' to the hotel. I am not quite sure why the reviewer complains about this as we provide an entirely free shuttle service to local beaches? There is little or no need to use a tricycle unless it is...

We stayed in Deluxe Suite number 15. It offers a magnificent view of the mountains and the sea. The suite was selected for the kitchen and this proved to be a disappointment. The kitchen is unfortunately poorly equipped and it seems as if cast- off items , mainly, form the basis of what utensils are available. Essential kitchen basics such...

Sharon many thanks for your kind review. Your observations in respect of kitchenware is well taken and we are in the process of setting up an upgrade for kitchens and bathrooms throughout the hotel. If you are able to visit again in a few months I hope that you will find changes that you will find to your satisfaction. Best...

This is a nice relaxing place. It is not on the beach but the hotel has a free shuttle service that will bring you to and from the beach. The views of the mountains are wonderful. Go to white beach in the evening and check out the shows and the fire dancers.
